Conversation was frustrating as my clear questions were not even adequately answered. I have made it clear that I will not be renewing my car insurance with One Call and wish to have this confirmed please ?

I agree with other feedback, there must be a better way to handle no claims? I've changed and was offered a much better deal.

It was fine as long as I was with them, it was when I wanted to cancel my autorenewal that things went wrong. I first contacted them to see if they could beat my other quotes. They couldn't, I then told them I wouldn't be renewing. So far so good. I contact them again a week later to make sure they will not be auto-renewing, at which point they told me that they had already made a note and it wouldn't auto-renew. So I left it at that. When it came to the renewal date, the insurance auto-renewed. I contacted the company to have my proof of non-claim-bonus when I realised the insurance had auto-renewed. I contacted customer service who said that I had agreed to the auto-renewal during my first call and that they had no record of my second call. They kept insisting I hadn't cancelled even though I told them repeatedly what had happened. In the end I threatened them with the FCA if they did not immediately cancel and refund all moneys. I logged in today and my policy has been cancelled, but I don't hold up any hope of getting my no claims bonus certificate. I will never touch again.

I will gladly leave a positive review when I receive a copy of my transcript with Mary reference MP5. Until then unfortunately POOR as this transcript is most important

Very muddled service this year - the insurance documents on the portal do not say anything about the gold breakdown insurance we requested by phone and by chat. In this morning's phone call, we have been promised that the breakdown document will be emailed - we shall see if it turns up

Not particularly impressed, moving in 1 week but unable to change address until then? My bank and other insurance types managed it so unsure why One call can’t.

Was impressed with One Call Insurance until I wanted to do a simple change of vehicle today. Over an hour with live chat as their system did not recognise reg number of a brand new car, then had to call customer services to make the payment. I thought it would be more efficient way of doing things but sadly I was wrong. Also, standard admin fee of £39 to change a vehicle, did get a reduction of £15 for doing on line but still, a very high charge considering everything is digital!!

About what you would expect. Live chat is as slow as slow can be. It’s not really live chat it’s sort of ‘just about alive chat’ A long time to actually have a chat with long durations between answers. You sort of get there in the end.....bit like being stuck in a call centre queue. Probably would avoid in future for this reason.

The live chats online have been just as useless as the live chats on the phone ( and that’s when you can get through) Will not be using this company next time around that’s for sure.

I am not happy with the service as I have had a accident which the driver in front just slammed on and I skidded in the wet weather I have bin un able to get to and from work as my car is undrivable I also work away from home in ashford Kent and have no means of gettin to and from work or back home just had no help or support from yous my insurers as iam a first time driver I just don't no what to do about this.

Adding another driver was a ridiculous price, more than entire insurance quote. Have gone back to previous provider who made no extra charge. Big con!

Not really good. I spoke with Sam S and it appeared that they were not giving me friendly responses. It was like one or two word answers. It just seemed very lazy. And it took ages to respond.
