Today I have spoken to 3 advisors, none of whom could actually help as there seams to be an issue with me accessing my documents on the portal. The last one passed the problem on to the development team. I am still unable to get my documents after three days of trying. Actual advisors were fine, but the fact I still cant access or check my police details are correct means I cant use my vehicle until this is resolved. Not happy at all!

tried to change vehicle details, could not do through portal so prompted to use live chat that was not working, so called direct only to be charged for change over, will seriously consider mine and wifes policies when up for renewal,

The chap I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. Our issue is that it cost £39 for an admin charge!!!

Hp1, happy with reply but not happy about extra charge for change of car and quote more expensive than other car insurance. Could have saved myself £60 renewing with someone else. So disappointed ☹️

Got a new car 2 days after renewal of policy and got charged £25 to change car and an extra £150 for new car. On comparison website I could have changed company for £60 less. Won’t be renewing next year.

Hopeless chat programme, it doesn’t work. Been cut off twice whilst holding and once in middle of call. No one phoned back. Very poor. Renewal details not updated properly on web site . Not impressed

A £39 fee to change an address on your system is outrageous. Imagine if all policies held this in terms and conditions people would be hundreds of pounds out of pocket because they've moved house? Will not be renewing my policy with you in the new year.

Competitive quote, but took £39 out of my paypal account with no warning email/call. Luckily I noticed it and called to enquire (16th in queue). They explained I’d made a mistake filling the application in, which is fair enough, but a £39 admin fee and no notification of taking the money is inexcusable, ‘one call’ is all it would have taken to explain (excuse the pun). They also asked for proof of no claims even though I was with the same insurance company last year! I won't be using them again. Keep a close eye on you paypal accounts people!

Unfortunately despite options advising i was able to discuss changes to my policy i was advised that i needed to speak directly to the renewals team. As my policy was renewed today and has some errors i wanted to correct this urgently. It is difficult to make phone calls at home on an evening before 8pm as i only return home at 7.30pm which is why i prefer to use the live chat option during working hours. It is very frustrating that a service is offered but not able to be carried out.

Speaking with emmy, did not help much in facilitating transfer of NCD documents. Asked if i could send her an email, computer says no... Logged out and back in again, spoke to another advisor and whole process was done and dusted in 5 minutes no problem. More training required

I needed to add my 22 year old daughter (Clean driving license and no convictions ) to my policy and was told I couldn’t do so and ended up being conned into pay nearly £100 for A specialist insurance for three days cover on a Ford Focus Totally robbed

nk3 was helpful, but it all took too long (the wait and the chat was 30 minutes +) and I had to sign off before we could complete. A 10 minute phone call with most insurers would have got what I wanted. That is the way I will go in the future.

I was enquiring about getting my grand daughter insured as a driver on my car for just 4 days due to a long journey to visit relations this weekend. I had to answer a million and one questions to be told at the end of it that she was declined. When I asked why they could not give me an answer. She has been driving for over 20 years, never claimed for an accident, never had any insurance refused, never had any convictions or penalties in the last ten years or more so I can't understand why she was declined. The best part about all of this was she has her own car insurance with your company. I am very disappointed with this and won't be renewing my car again with you for next year.
