Presumably so slow due to insufficient staff? 40 minutes to achieve nothing! I closed down saying "too slow - Goodbye" not impressed.

Disappointed as I left all bank details and 1st instalment snd never got a reply so I don’t know wether I got insurance or not quite worried really and could not get a phone number that would answer not really very impressed!!!!!

Impossible to speak to anyone and live chat is awful. Takes so long. There is an astronomical charge to change anything on the policy and it was only when I made a big fuss it got waived

I had to go through the process about 3 times online - eventually made the payment for the change of driver and I’ve had no documentation. Frustrating and poor

I am still waiting for your underwriter to do what ever he needs to do with an old, no fault claim, that has been closed for some time, and your company has received notification from my old Insurer to this effect. I am constantly phoning and being told this takes time...whilst receiving letters and email from your company telling me I have mis represented information, and you will be taking extra money from my account! Very dissatisfied customer I’m afraid. I will not be renewing my policy with you.

I'm having trouble accessing the portal/live chat. Reviewing my details after purchasing a policy, I noticed the current mileage on the vehicle is not correct. For some strange reason the call centre person has indicated the mileometer reading as 0. I have state on all information given it is 3575 miles. ref: LN91363564424. This is connected to car reg: EW19ELH. I will be picking the car up in the morning. Please advise a colleague to call me to confirm on 07914641609

Had to leave live chat as I was not getting any feedback and it was very slow I had to do other things Was left just looking at the screen with no reasons as to why So so slow will have to contact later when I have more time None of my questions addressed

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ADD A DRIVER TO MY VEHICLE INSURANCE FOR TWO WEEKS COMMENCING FROM TOMORROW. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO SO USING THE ON LINE PORTAL. I DO NOT WANT AN INSURANCE QUOTE FOR ONE YEAR. I THINK I WILL GIVE UP.

Tried to speak via live chat and was informed that I was required to phone advisor. The advisor insisted that I needed to change my policy on line but I could not do this as it is not possible to add a driver on my account. Very unhappy as I had waited for sometime to speak to an advisor and still no further forward. Poor service

I have only just joined One Call as a client and my initial thoughts are not positive. After making payment I was left in limbo as I received no instruction whatsoever. I then tried the live chat which was cut off at least 3 times. I am not filled with confidence
