If you a lucky enough to get through then they all all very nice and helpful, BUT today i have been trying to get through to them from 11.00am to 8.00pm to renew my motor insurance. I have called so many times today and kept being told i was around number 24 in the queue waiting time up to 45+ minutes, i am not going to sit on the phone waiting that long so thought i would try the online web chat only to find that was not available either ! I am very fed up this is just ridiculous if they are so busy they need to take on more staff rather than lose people's business . Needless to say i have now taken out my car insurance with someone else .

After being unhappy with my recent car insurance quote the lady who dealt with me found me a better one which I was happy with. The only objection that I have is that I had to wait for this to happen thus incurring cost to my phone call. It may be better if I had had a call returned. Generally however the lady was excellent. I think her code is CS1 or C81

Could change my address on line, had to go on a chat service that took more than half an hour then couldn’t help. Changed my wife’s policy with another company and it two mins online. Poor systems One Call insurance

I found out on Saturday...past that I have being paying insurance for my 28 year old son...who has not driven my car for possibly 4 years......I only became aware of this after ringing to take my policy else where...due to it being very expensive...........after speaking to the kind lady on Saturday..I found out why it had been so pricey. ....

The contact was poor pracictly no use at all.al I got was to phone another department.when I phoned I was put on a waiting list saying I was number 20 and would have to wait 10minuits. Not very good at all.

I had trouble with my instalment today tokd them i would habe the money in my account by friday could they tqke it out then they saud no another date and will charge me 30 pounds which i havent git terribke custoner service

Poor online chat service, I contacted for one issue, was told there was another problem with my policy, NCB, and there was a deadline. I hadn't been notified and was unaware of this. Now having to provide more documentation in a short time, or cancellation, ect... I should have been told weeks ago. Agent on chat implied it was my fault, or that i had lied to them. Frankly not good enough.

you did not change my policy when asked so i was driving without insurance you did not send emails as you said did not send chat as requested had to wait 45mins to chat to the first person 25 mins for second the third chat i only had to wait 10 mins and £39 admin fee to any changes to policy is just a rip off as you charge it even if it is done on line don't even post the new documents to the customer you have log on and print your own it is not anything to do with insurance company it is just you ripping your customers off

It takes too long to talk to someone on the phone. Online chat is almost as slow as the telephone. I spent over an hour today trying to sort out a query.

Mary was helpful but it took too long for me to get to her. I spent too long on telephone pressing buttons to then be told office was closed. You send me texts but I can’t reply.

No problem with the actual cover or price . Just Customer Services.... After receiving an email at 9.39 am this morning to contact One call Insurance my wife called them at approx 9.55 am on my behalf. After being put through to 3 different advisers she was then placed on hold for almost 30 minutes before being suddenly cut off! NOT HAPPY as meant had she had to phone back and go through the whole process all over again which subsequently delayed her in getting ready for an appointment at 11.45am After phoning back she managed to eventually get through around 10.30 am and resolve the issue with Rob who she said was extremely helpful! . Seriously thinking of Insuring the car elsewhere next year as never has this rigamarole before ...
