Was a 5 but charges for changing policy or cancelling excessive,texting nightmare. Took ages to sort out resulting in a call after another 30 min wait,a person who then tried to add 100 pounds onto my price doh, during wait went on comparison site and found it cheaper from them and others .......

I brought 2nd car & because I had no problem with One Call I insured it on line with them again and paid the premium on line, imagine my surprise when 4days later I received a letter demanding an extra payment of nearl y £150 0f which nearly£40 was ADMIN! As my no claims bonus was only applicable on one vehicle, I was completely unaware of this fact and believe this should have been picked up before I paid the 2nd car premium. So beware all that glitters is not gold

Most of the offers sent to entice you to rebook or take a second policy do not exist or have the perceived value given

Could not get through on the phone to cancel my Car Insurance Policy for days now. So today went on line and eventually succeeded.

With regards to my policy, had to contact your selves three time, changed my date with out informing myself. Have have had the policy since febuary changed my dates without informing myself

Having your customers having to opt out of features/ contact is a real pain, I only wanted contents insurance not any of the other products that you have linked.

Spoke to a lady on one chat who confirmed my car insurance had been renewed automatically. One chatted the same lady yesterday who advised my documents would be available in the portal 1st Jan as my existing insurance expires on that date. The documents are not showing at 4pm on 1st Jan. I need to use my car today! Am I insured?

When tried cancel renewal One Call insisted settled claim was still outstanding(from early 2018) - therefore would have difficulty transferring to ano company - despite fact they had confirmed the settlement to me a month earlier. I am suspicious this is a way of making you stay with them. Also renewal claim almost three times previous year even tho circumstances not changed! Also they are not very easy to get in touch with

Unhelpful advisor and another disappointing outcome. T The live chat is meaningless if every time I use it am told I need to make a call customers should have access to all their historical documents via the portal

i have tried to contact via live chat as i cannot get access to my account as it says it does not exist.Got told to ring a number and was then disconnected when i asked you to ring me to discuss the matter.

The documents portal has too many restrictions, I couldn't sent a picture pasted on a Word document. This should be a simple process. I tried to activate my account and change password but I am exhausted because it is not working after about 3 hours of trying.

Went to transfer from one van to a New one had to pay 12 months on the old van which was used for 3 months and full price on new van no discount or refund

I used the online chat to update my new address and was told admin charge was needed which I agreed to and was directed to entering pay details on another part of the site but when I went to see how much it was the chat had been closed. Now received a text message saying my insurance may be cancelled

Competitive, but customer focus is severely lacking, perhaps you should charge a little more and invest in being a more customer friendly organisation, after this insurance policy expires I will not be returning and recommending the same to others
