LE6 this lady went above and beyond not only answered all my questions she made me feel very comfortable and it wasn’t one of those conversations. You just couldn’t wait for it to end lovely lady to talk to to. She was very friendly. I think the company needs to pay her more. She was amazing thank you She has one sexy voice. I think that’s why I would’ve paid more but she was great. Thank you again made my day.

Today I needed to check if my comprehensive car insurance covered me for driving in Europe, and through chat, I was able to confirm that I was covered. I received a Renewal e-mail for my House Contents Insurance and thought the price in comparison to last year was a bit steep. So I had a Live Chat with a chap named Alex AF1. After checking a few details Alex was able to quote me a reduced fee that was more than acceptable, as I stated in the chat when you are an OAP with 5 grandchildren every penny counts when Christmas comes around. One Call senior management should count themselves lucky that they have Alex AF1 in their Customer Services Department. I wish all of my calls to essential service company's (Utilities etc) were dealt with as professionally as Alex dealt with my query.
