“Agent PV1 was great in helping us but the journey from purchasing and having to wait for insurance to be verified was not good. Never had this problem before with any motor insurance and needed the certificate instantly to collect new vehicle. Was not notified that the process could take up to 24 hours until after deposit was paid so very misleading.”

“LE6.leanne Warren-l-6, Leanne is a lovely lady and has delt with my insurance on two of my vehicles for number years ,A top lady and knows her job inside out,And nothing is two much trouble for her,she explains everything in detail and if she's got to phone you back another day she's does that at a time we agreed, she's a asset to the company and worth her weight in Gold”

“Jb6 was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. To be honest I rang up to cancel my policy, to take a much cheaper quote - but she guided me through many options to cut my payments, so I felt onecall insurance was still one I could afford. My mileage has dropped, the value of my car also and these things brought my insurance down. Im very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Jb6!”
