“Customer service via chat it very good. I contacted them to discuss my renewal. CE4 was very clear and helpful. Renewal is automatic and you have to contact them to cancel, but with the chat it is easy + that allows you to discuss with them and in my case they found a good deal.”

“JB6 - Sitting in my new car and can’t drive it until I get insurance And got Jess (JB6) on the chat. Really efficient. Quick and helpful. She didn’t leave me on read for ages without responding like some chat services do. I felt like she was very attentive and only dealing with one customer query at a time. So important for me as I was waiting to drive away. Spot on service 10/10.”
