“i wanted to add a named driver to my insurance, i was told this couldn't be done and given a link to a site that quoted me £55 for 3 days cover with £500 excess. One call could not explain why the requested driver couldn't be added. He's same age as me, licence held for over 25 years, no convictions, full no claims etc. But refused. I will not be choosing this company again.”
