“IS1 was extremely helpful in assisting me to cancel the policy after the vehicle was scrapped, taking the time to check my contact details were correct to allow receipt of the cancellation paperwork. Informing me date of final payment to cover insurance already provided and confirming that the direct debit will be cancelled at this date. Checked whether there would be a replacement vehicle or not. Dealt with quickly, in simple language.”

“Just changed my car over and called to get new quote etc - agent was WG1 who was really lovely and extremely helpful had it all sorted very quickly and answered all my questions I’ve been with One Call for a number of years now and you can always rely on great customer service 😀”

“BG3 answered my question, I then asked for a review of my insurance policy to include evening cover on driveway, they lowered my insurance by over £200 per year and added additional cover. Very happy, no complications.”
