“Tara TJ2 was very helpful and allowed time for me to complete answers to the multiple required question relating to my enquiry. Also explained clearly any terminology that I did not understand. An excellent member of the team. A much more pleasurable experience than my previous encounter with Joshua H who asked me to provide answers to 10 questions but end the call before I could complete typing the answers”

“The contact Adam W was polite and efficient, but having cancelled an nearly one month pre-dated contract within 14 day of the agreement made on line to have to pay £50 for the admin charge for printing my details of few sheets of paper and posting these, as a new customer, is extreme. I am afraid I am not likely to use One Call again”
