I was number 9 in the phone queue and have pressed for a call back decided to use the chat facility. I was number 5 but it moved quite quick. An agen called ++KT7++ was on line. He was very quick, very polite and my insurance renewal was done and dusted in 10 minutes. It was almost worth the wait! Of course due to sod's law I got a call back from One Call whist chatting, so suddenly I had two agents offering to help. I cancelled the phone call.

Very difficult to get an agent, then I'm a queue of 30, then had the wrong agent, back into another queue of 30, eventually the 2nd agent did sort the problem but you gotta have stamina!

It was great having a call back system and not having to wait for a long time on the phone to speak to One Call about renewing my house insurance. It was made easy and understandable by ET3 I could understand and clearly hear her, she got me a good quote and it was better than from another insurance provider I had already gone with, after coming off the phone she quickly rang me back to say she has managed to get an even cheaper quote with another provider, which I quickly accepted. I thought it was great that if the insurance company I was originally going with charged me an exit fee One Call would, once I have proof with an email they would pay the charge, I could not fault ET3 she was great and very polite, top marks to her.

The lady Erica (EK2) WAS SO SO HELPFULL AND GAVE ME A FABULOUS SERVICE. SHE IS SORTING SOMETHING ELSE OUT FOR ME TOMORROW. SHE HAS GONE UP AND BEYOND TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM, SHE SHOULD GET EMPLOYER OF THE MONTH FOR HER PROFESSIONAL KINDNESS AND KNOWLEDGE. WELL DONE ERICA. X
