“SM5 made it really easy for me to challenge my renewal when it came around. She took an equivalent price, and ensured I kept all the extras I'd added and reduced cost by £60 yearly. my contents cover has also gone from £15000 to £100000 so I dont need to worry about listing things if the worst happens.”

“Auto renewed policy but I no longer owned the car, got in touch on chat and although the wait time was a little long I eventually got through to Mia who was most helpful and said I would get a full refund in 3-10 days, along with back dated refund on proof of V888 form. I will use this company again if I get a new car as the service has been excellent.”
