“KT7 agent was knowledgeable and helpful within the parameters of company policy. I am happy with the agent. Your company I am not happy with. Taking renewals 5 days before the due date denies the policy holder of 5 days insurance cover for that year and also if the time to consider whether to renew with you or not.”
