Spoke to IS1 on chat, querying my policy. This method is quick and convenient for me and Isabelle was great. Very friendly and got me the answers I needed. Whole process was sorted in under 10 minutes. Service as it should be! Thank you

KL4 - cannot fault customer service and support. Renewal price was excellent value and Kia was very helpful in explaining extra's. Have been with one call for a number of years and very happy with service.

Kia KL4 was brilliant on the phone sorting out a temporary insurance for our new car, then again 2 days later organising our policy renewal. The service she has given is second to none, she was so patient and understanding when we had difficulties with the card payment and going through the new policy. Absolutely top class assistant in every way.

Josh aka JC8 was extremely helpful after having a frustrating time with the portal. He totally understood my need to get new policy underway as soon as possible ready for new car as I had small window of opportunity for the call (Josh went through everything thoroughly as quickly as I required and I fully appreciated this). JC8 was very polite and professional and I was very glad to have him at the end of the phone to assist me. Thank you
