“Was looking to speak to customer services about a potential change to my policy. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere, was directed to the live chat, had to wait 20 minutes for an agent, who just told me to go online. For non standard queries I need to speak with a live person, rubbish service.”

“TM1 asked me to review him. I could only cancel car insurance and request a refund by Live Chat. I was in the Live Chat for the best part of an hour. By a call to a real person it could have been done in fifteen minutes. Because it was Live Chat whenever we did not completely understand each other more typing was required. I cannot give TM1 five stars because of the misunderstandings. They were only partly his fault. The system encourages problems.”

“The adviser I spoke to on behalf of my mother in law was very helpful and managed to bring the renewal price down by quite a bit so My mother in law was going to insure elsewhere but as the price was extremely competitive she decided to renew it for another year. Thank you very much for your great service.”
