I have been with them some time, and they always look at saving me money on my car insurance, with quick response on the online chat you get with a policy the lady who helped me was very informative, her reference was KS8

Your agent, SM5, guided me through some tricky areas of my home insurance that I could not have handled myself. The upshot of this meant upgrading parts of my policy, which I was happy to do after Sasha explained the details to me. All in all quite a pleasant experience really.

Ew2 was very helpful and cancelled my policy easily . But will never use this insurance company again the charges for cancellation are ridiculous and never had this with any other insurance company before. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone. Very unhappy customer 😞
