“Your agent, SM5, guided me through some tricky areas of my home insurance that I could not have handled myself. The upshot of this meant upgrading parts of my policy, which I was happy to do after Sasha explained the details to me. All in all quite a pleasant experience really.”

“Ew2 was very helpful and cancelled my policy easily . But will never use this insurance company again the charges for cancellation are ridiculous and never had this with any other insurance company before. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone. Very unhappy customer 😞”
