I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WAY YOUR AGENT DEALT WITH MY CAR SWAP OVER BUT UPSET AT THE ADMIN CHARGE OF £39 ON TOP OF THE PREMIUM THAT I HAD TO PAY. I WILL REVUE MY CONTINUED INSURANCE WITH YOU IN FUTURE MR ROGER T WILSON 3CT187PN

I had a fault with my books my local plumber advised that I contact Worcester boilers for a quote as it would be a special part and at the same time inform the insurance company as it would be an expensive repair, having phoned the insurance brokers I was told that it would not be covered as it was a new for old type policy, not happy, insurance cancelled

No reduction for having an NACOSS approved alarm, £15 surcharge for having made an unsuccessful claim several years ago. (It's always safest never to claim on insurance!)

I insured my car with you online a few days later I bought another car I rang to update my details, as my first quote had been very reasonable I was shocked that for my new car your quote was £90 more than the best that I had found, your company looked to see if they could better what they had offered me . but I was told that it was on par with other quotes, I wasn't happy as I was told to get out of my old quote on top of what I had already paid I would have to pay more money, when I looked on line your company was offering a quote off £225, £45 less than what you charged me, this has not been a good experience using this company and I will not be using it again

I´ve been for weeks trying to contact the One Call just for an address update without success, even trough Live Shat wich I finally did today. I think this co needs to improve the relations with customers.

You treated to cancel the car insurance unless you had driving and national insurance numbers never had to do that before

Hi I do apologize that you feel dissatisfied with our service, while I appreciate your frustration this is a very helpful tool for policy validation and sadly is coming in to force with multiple insurers since driving license counterparts stopped being provided which used to be the standard document used to validate driving history. Not happy it cost me £39 pound addmin to add my son when the extra cost to my insurance was £32

Got passed from one person to another when enquiring about putting my daughter who is a provisional driver, on my policy. Then was told there was nobody there today who dealt with these enquiries. I would have to wait until tomorrow!

The person chloe ce2 was very helpful and gave very good information but trying to get documents to you is a problem. I am thinking of cancelling and going back to my old insurer

Your system is too long winded; time consuming and the duplication of the same questions and information from different individuals is mind blowing boring and uneccessary as I had completed the online questionair on the moneysupermarket.com site. I will think twice about contacting/using your company in future!

£40 admin fee to change vehicle is a disgrace.Policy expires soon,won't be back.

After trying for an hour and being told my call WAS important I eventually spoke to an agent. This lady was helpful and at the end of the conversation I thought that I had my matter sorted out. I enquired about my certificate and was told it was being sent out by e-mail directly.............................When I checked m e-mails about half an hour later I found that the document contained two errors. I tried to phone again but seemed to have joined your call is important queue. I have work to do and cannot sit on a phone for hours on end It is now well over two hours and I am still awaiting to request correct documentation. AS for trying to have an on=line chat ........well te system does not work.

""I had a non fault road traffic accident but because the person responsible walked away and was not insured and vehicle was not resisted, I had to claim against my insurance company so now YOU have put on record that i was at fault for this accident and i will be penalised for years to come . Your operator was not very helpful and kept repeating "thats what insurance companies do". I am now forced to take this further to clear my name. THANKS

Whilst the advisors were very friendly, I am not sure they are aware of the moving home process, covering the new home under risk after contracts exchanged, whilst keeping your current house insurance live and not starting your new home insurance until the actual move date. I'm confused! Getting a new quote elsewhere.

"Very difficult to get through and was then provided with incorrect information. I spoke with two different people on two different occasions and neither were aware of the process for accessing the legal aid service.
