I did live chat as I needed my insurance certificate emailing to me again so as to print it off.This never happened.I am still waiting!

The price was good, but it was quite stressful, so not an acceptable (***). Ba3 was helpful - but a bit pushy. I had to repeat everything I had already done on line. And "extra stuff" was mentioned after I had already paid. I hope it is worth the trouble I took.

Could not get through on the phone. Always at least 19 calls ahead of mine. Finally got on Live Chat. TD1 was very helpful. Cost of changing address was extortionate, as it is a legal requirement to do so, THIS SHOULD BE FREE.

Just ask operator to send details of my insurance as I had lost my certificate online due to a PC fault. He said he would re send to my email. No email was sent

When I first contacted you on the evening of 17th August your agent Logan said that the system was down and that he would call back around 1000am the following day which he duly did. I confirmed the price with him of £318.00 as we were paying by direct debit and said that my wife would contact him the next day to make the payment arrangements. When I found out from wife that the cost of the insurance had gone up to £331 to say I was angry was an understatement. At no time did Logan tell me this because if he had I would have checked out some other insurance companies. Apparently, my wife tells me, it was because we were renewing the day before expiry, again Logan did not mention this and I have never come across this before as I often leave my renewal until the day before. I feel that this is blatant miss-selling by this agent and is actually dishonest practise. I did try and speak to one of your supervisors (Dan, in new business) and whilst a message was left I have still not heard from him. So overall not a good start and I feel extremely aggrieved by the service we have received thus far and would very much like to hear how this issue is going to be addressed. Regards, David Bond

Promised me 10% off my renewal if I completed the survey but never told or showed me how to claim it or enter the user name the email told me to use, (zb1). The actual call that I made re the claim was handled well; pity the follow-up wasn't of the same standard

Passed onto 3 people before resolved a simple change of start date to the policy and was on the phone for almost 20 minutes

Insured an old 1994 peugeot 106, i have been driving for over 30 years and have had insurance out with other companys on this car many times in the past without any hassle but with one call i kept getting letter after letter wanting more and more information and for me to send proof of everything though the post, it was a lot of hassle for such a simple policy on a old banger.

This is the second year I have held my car insurance with One Call. I renews because the first year I had had a no fuss experience. This year I have been very disappointed with the way you have entered communicated with me and the tone of the communications. I have changed address and amended this carefully on the phone but then received a notification of cancellation letter yesterday. I have contacted you today and been informed of the error but still I feel the way you communicate with customers demonstrates mistrust and lack of respect.

Secure code failed. DVLA form said incomplete despite being complete the other issues were DVLA based
