"" it's so hard to get the right information from the correct person the broker they were not very helpful and very quite rude I feel like they don't do a lot for your customers but they are happy to take money

The operative I spoke with had little knowledge of the policy, the wording and failed to see the unlikelihood of the policy wording. The conversation was abrupt.

"Onecall attempted to remove money from my bank account using an old expired debit card, without my authorisation. My bank has stated that this was illegal. This caused problems with cash flow for me.

the online chat is difficult and as useless as trying to get through on the telephone..and another company my wife uses do not charge for online changes to policies you charge £39 everyttime a change ids made..i shall be changing companies in future.

The service was okay ,but overall it took an age just too give you my card details .had to go through it all and listen whilst you told me everything that wasn't nessasary .surely you can set something up for the likes of a simple thing like that.

£15 to change a car registration and £39 admin to change a vehicle mid term, beware of cheap policies with high fee's if you change car mid term.

The phone service was excellent but after being quoted £10 admin fee the email invoice gave £39. Also I could not open documents in one email and in another email could not save them, or export them as they were locked with a password created by One Call Direct. Very disappointing.

It's just those infuriating automated lengthy options you have to go through at the first contact! I simply wanted to ask if I could insure myself on my current policy for my sons car for a day. Took a ridiculous amount of "filtering" to be told it wasn't possible. Maybe that's how you keep the premiums down, I don't know. Sometimes you just want a real person!

Your call centre lady ba3 was perfect, Your system is rubbish, One Call,.not a chance, over 90 mins to get through with 3 calls, No documents sent after 24 hours until the second call via live chat. ( As after 30 mins, using 3 phones, awaiting a call to be answered I gave up. ) System to retrieve docs not advised, Only by trawling through did we get to print them. Staff fine, System poor.

I rang to find out how much it would be to add my daughter onto insurance for a short period and was told I had to do this on line which was not convenient. I was not informed of this at the time of taking my insurance out with you- I specifically said during the initial call for taking out the policy with you that I would want to add my daughter onto the insurance at some point during the policy and did ask at the time for a quote but was told that they couldn't quote me until I had a policy with you. On attempting to get a quote via the link Sent to me, it then wouldn't find my car via my registration. So how am I supposed to get a quote???

So far I have had to prove that I have not had a claim with my previous insurer which was very drawn out: I had to try and work out what the issue could have been and then provide evidence of a non- claim. One Call didn't say in the first instance what form this had to be in so the first email from Admiral was inadequate and I had to get a letter on headed paper. I complied with all of the timescales stated and One Call still charged me £39.00 which I believe has been credited but feels very wrong. They couldn't even state in the 'misrepresented claims history' letter what vehicle the alleged claim was for. I'm having problems viewing my insurance documents (Adobe issues) but both times I had contact with a handler, they tried to 'upgrade' my policy (or sell me something).

I did live chat as I needed my insurance certificate emailing to me again so as to print it off.This never happened.I am still waiting!
