I received a letter dated 27.04.17. I emailed you twice to receive a automated reply. I phoned you on Friday but only to be told I was the fifteenth in line. Again I phoned to here the same message. I gave full details to your admin assistant and he collected details from my VISA card. The whole scenario has been really distressing not know if I am insured or not. Today I managed to get through to your call service to be told that everything is in place. Finally a conclusion!! Julie Cordrey

Policy came through but only spd. I requested social domestic pleasure plus commuting to and from work. Needs am mending. Another hour of my time on the phone

admin fee. and lack of helpful friendly staff. they tend to have a up yours attitude. not good for there business. sadly. but today was better service, but still not friendly. to much hassle for her. please please train your staff to a better customer care .

Cost me extra money because I wasn't explained the insurance situation properly but Ja9 who had to deal with my frustration at feeling ripped off by them was very efficient and the outcome was better than originally if I hadn't stood my ground on the point! Takes forever to get through though :-(

The customer is left waiting on the telephone for up to 20 minutes each time. The response to the questions asked regarding the existing policy was not followed through e.g courtesy car. Disappointed

Something went wrong when entering my driving license number unbeknown to me. The next I knew was a letter saying that insurance will be cancelled in 2 weeks unless I update d.l number. The letter stated it would be the only letter sent. Not only had I only just moved so it was a miracle I got it, you had my email address and phone number that you couldn't be bothered to use. I would have been an uninsured driver! Terrible policy

aj/1 was business-like and completed my renewal as requested over the pohone. However the previous evening the website would not recognise my renewal for some reason and would not allow me to renew on-line as I had intended.

I phoned 9 am to speak to a named person was told she was busy and would phone me asap but by 2 pm I had to phone back

Bad company, had my iPhone to fix took almost 3 weeks, after it got returned it was in a worse state than when they had it, tried to send it back again but wanted to charge me more money to send it back!

Called today to question several letters phone calls & texts from you. Was assured they would stop as call centre operator had all information! Not 30 mins later I received messages / e mails saying you did not have the information. Please get your act together! Get off my phone & emails!!!!!!

It didn't....A painful process...online interface with comparison website was very patchy and inaccurate, corrections took far too long to put right Ag3 was quick to correct errors made by Dale and Lois.

I phoned to ask a question about my cover in November. Apparently they had to refer my question to the insurer, so would contact me afterwards. 6 months later nothing heard and I have to call up and wait in the queue again. Efficient chap answered question on the spot, surprising given last chap said they couldn't. So I asked for email confirmation being a bit skeptic. I would have given a higher rank if he had sent the email confirming the answers before the request for feedback came.

4 attempts (approx 50 mins) to make a payment. Finally ah1 was able to. Never been put on hold so much. Wouldn't recommend

The insurance cost was a lot cheaper I could get elsewhere but I'm not happy with the fact you have to use an app on your phone all the time to record your travel. It doesn't always work even though every thing is switched on and u then get a letter to say I haven't recorded enough, which isn't my fault as it just doesn't seem to want to register what I've done. Plus it uses up my mobile data all the time. Would be a lot better if I didn't have to use the app.

I was told from the start I would have to keep clicking on the app to log my journeys until i get 200 miles and then the app will automatically log my journeys for me. 7000+ miles later i'm still having to manually log my journeys. To which I get letters every month stating that if I don't log my journeys I will get charged. Even when I have raised that it should of automatically logged my journeys after 200 miles? I am starting to think they ment 200 thousand at this rate!

i have to pay do much for insurance. and still i risk having to pay if an accident happens. your insurance id's no better than other insurances. i only take this one because it is the cheapest i can find not because of the service you give me.
