Took a very long time on the phone and after they took my card payment they asked for my driver number and national insurance number which obviously didn't have to hand as didn't know I needed them

Reeled off everything at a 100 mile an hour pace, did not give me any username so "very cannot be bothered" so cannot receive my £10 off renewal.

firstly IP3 who dealt with me knew what he was about a good operator. Admin charges eye watering. Also advised there will be further charges if the v5 for my new car is not back within 5 days (want to put my own plate on new car) disgusting! perhaps I can pass this charge on to dvla. I am also thinking of billing one call with my own admin charge for keeping me on hold for 40 minutes listening to george michael

Next year will be spending less than a 25% of my old cars value to be insured fully comp and being told the best third party fire and theft was 500 plus must be bull shit I got qoites from go compare way below that. This is my last year involving one call!!

was sent a letter by email relating to an accident I reported, and was asked to fill out the form attached to the letter. Yes- you guessed- no form attached to said letter sent by email. So I had to phone -at my cost- to get the form sent to me. Why bother making promises in a letter when you don't fulfil it! at the end of the day- it's people that make - or don't make - things happen. Human error? sure- that's their day job!

Most unhelpful insurance company I have every dealt with, avoid if you are hoping for a smooth transition from another company. Wish I had paid the extra money and went with another company.

They would not add my friend onto my insurance, so took them to ombudsman and was awarded compensation. However, when I tried again to add my friend, they had amended my policy so that I could only add family members and not friends. Very disappointed. I have now contacted them to cancel my policy renewal.

How can you justify a 21% increase in premium on a house move of 500 metres. NOT JUSTIFYABLE!

As a customer of yours, I would have expected a more competitive quote for my car insurance renewal or at least close to the others I had received. Disappointed to say the least ☹️☹️

i was not happy with the cost of renewal and also a £39 admin fee after being given the wrong information at the time i was trying to arrange insurance for my new car for 1 day to get the car home i called back to rearange back to what it was 1 hour later and they said they would refund the £39 pound which did not happen very unhappy

I would never have believed that adding a family member to a policy could be made so complicated and expensive. Staff unhelpful and really can't wait to get rid of you. You get what you pay for I suppose.

WHY SEND ME A STUPID EMAIL ASKING FOR A REVIEW WITH "Don't forget to mention my username to receive £10 off your renewal premium." AND NO USERNAME I turned the graphics on an had a good look, nothing, how pointless is the offer? TIME WASTER

the cost to change vehicle of £60 when only 2 months left on policy was to much I know paperwork is involved . as a result I had to reinsure with another provider and cancel my policy I was not even offered a new quote with one call. the new vehicle has less power and fewer seats

Well I had a problem providing licence details to yourselves and you granted me more time which was great. But during this time I kept receiving letters and emails threatening to cancel the insurance

I made a call to your company which took over half an hour to answer. By that time I was told that my online application wouldn't be processed until the following morning despite your site stating you were open for business until 10pm. The next morning my wife informed me that she wasn't on the policy as a named driver which I had added when I looked at your company through the moneysupermarket.com website. Even though the price of the policy was the same as quoted I was charged a £39 fee to change my policy which took all of 2 minutes. Needless to say I feel right ripped off !!!!

I rang up with a simple query, the advisor seems unwilling to help, giving unclear anwers such as 'previous advisor WILL HAVE done..' But not confirming for me. Also the tone of voice he used was condescending, I felt like by calling up I had been inconveniencing him from doing something other than his job. Jack (the advisor)did not become helpful until I requested to his name down as reference for the unpleasant call.soon his tune changed. If this is how the customer service is on the first day I've joined you, I dread to think what's in store for me for the year ahead!

Charged £39 because I changed my Car.Totally overpriced as there is no Paperwork,it is only a few minutes on a computer.I will be changing to another Co very soon.

Very prompt and professional manner when dealt with ct2 ..... however I feel £39 to upgrade my motor insurance with you is a bit extortionate.... administration fee ??? Not impressed I will take this into consideration when renewing .... your thoughtsearch??

Had to get in touch with DVLA for some reason, never had this before with Churchall Ins. Call back you are number 26, called back you are number 18, called 21 called 11 called 21 called number 6 God nows what this will cost, why don't you have an email address so customers can contact you, my be cheaper than Churchall , but my god the time saved is priceless.
