The difficulty I have had over verifying my NCD from my previous insurer was compounded by lack of feedback via email or phone call. Having provided documentation from my previous insurers renewal notice which clearly stated my entitlement I was unaware that the document did not meet your requirements. Thankfully, I was able to get a statement from my previous insurers regarding my NCD, but only after I discovered that an additional premium had been withdrawn from my bank account. I would have expected notification of such action and acknowledgment of the transfer. I was grateful that it has now been sorted out, but feel that a simple email would have been the courteous thing to do, to let me know the NCD premium had been refunded. Thanks to a phone call I made ja9 was able to confirm the refund this evening. Please could you look at your procedures and see if there is any way you could be more pro-active in corresponding with clients, we're not all happy with the interactive approach you take on the web.

I found that the questions I asked were answered in a precise and clear manner by your representative number Ja9. Although I was disappointed at the brokers charge of £30.00 as I was not charged this amount on the first transaction with "one call". I figure this was a ploy to drawing me in. Disappointed.

Managed to change my address fine, then was put through to the renewals department. On hold for to long. Hung up. I was ringing up to give you money! Experiencing a high number of call's......

Operator am5 only doing his job, but £39 administration charge is a disgrace to change a policy and approx £60 to cancel a policy is even worse!!! Also expected to buy and exchange cars to the exact minute is ridiculous Won't ever use this company again.

It all started great with excellent quote, quick service, policy in place,etc. Then I received a letter saying my no claims bonus could not be verified and the policy would be cancelled and charges made. Fortunately by this time I had proof of my no claims bonus from my previous insurer and photo emailed this letter in immediately. 4 days later I received a 2nd email saying my insurance would be cancelled in the near future without notice as I hadn't sent proof. I sent the proof a second time and phoned to be told all was already in order causing me unnecessary panic due to sloppy office work.

Hi I have sent some details by Post record delivery but I have received no confirmation. I have phoned making inquiry regarding my policy, I have sent some details by e-mail regarding my driving licence and other details, I did asked have you received my e-mail the lady said yes I asked her can you please send me a confirmed e-mail she reply yes straightaway. Completed instructions on line as requested. Received two letters on same day, one being a final reminder, asking for further information about V5. Apparently, the broker is not prepared to contact the DVLA about a problem with the V5 even though there isn't one! None of this was my problem anyway. Sort it out!

Not happy, found it difficult to get insurance up and running starting up was ok but getting other info to them was a nightmare and website given was invalid. eventually had to print off and post. end of day not much cheaper than nearest rival

I have called 3 times to ask them to email my insurance doc and still not had them all 3 calls I have been waiting over 20minutes to talk to someone and one of them calls I was in a que for over 30 minutes and got cut off so as you can imagine not happy

was on phone for nearly 30 mins then got cut off, nobody rung back,, when I phoned back car insurer wouldnt insure my new car...I cancelled my exsisting policy & was told it would be confirmed by e-mail immediately....4hours on no e-mail !!!

am3 was polite enough, but having money taken unauthorised from a different bank account was not particularly good and being told that Onecalldirect can reimburse part of that payment but not the whole amount. This was a new policy being set-up and Close Finance being commissioned by Onecalldirect took £30 late payment from my account before any DD's had been set-up and from a completely different bank I had not authorised. Serious breach of data protection, as Onecalldirect had given them the other bank details.

Called to update driver from Provisional to full licence. I realised there might be an increase in cost, I'm but not happy that there was an "admin fee of £39.00" as "highlighted in the One Call Information Booklet and Key Facts document". Agent lu1 was helpful but didn't point out the admin fee element. I will certainly think twice before renewing though the actual insurance was good value.

My premium increased by £100 when I part exchanged my 2 Ltr Nissan X Trail for a 2 Ltr E Class Mercedes. I only kept the Mercedes for 7 weeks and have now bought a Volkswagen 1600 Golf. My Insurance has not gone down. They have dropped the premium by £50 but that is not good enough. I have been with One Call for many years and have never had a claim.
