I was number 30 in the queue so tried again it took 10 minutes to answer , tried on line 3 times to no avail either

I've just been through an almost unbelievable mares nest to get a windscreen repair/replacement for one which got serious stone damage today. Longish wait for One-Call, though not too bad, then they couldn't deal with it and gave me a number for Nationwide, who apparently deal with windscreen services. Another wait, and then they wanted ALL my details, and refused to give me the name of an approved agent, and insisted on me waiting for a call from the windscreen company, which was supposed to come through tomorrow morning. In fact the company called me within minutes, but cheerfully told me they couldn't do it until Monday. Now that's a 4 day wait to get a windscreen replaced in very wintery conditions: I suppose I'll have to wait, and not use the car because it's probably not legal currently, but that's an almost unbelievably bad service.

During changing my car insurance to another vehicle I felt the customer service could have been better, the advisor was strictly working from a versed script and displayed no flexibility as a consequence I have taken out a policy with Swinton and will cancel my current policy with OneCall when I take receipt of the car.

Not enouigh staff, too many different departments, wait too long on phones. Continual phone calls to Onecall to find out up to date info regarding a claim has waisted a lot of my time and mobile phone expense.

polite service from kg4, but could not add business cover to existing policy so, had to cancel policy and had to restart with a new insurer for another year and lost my money on the breakdown cover so had to start again and lose 6 months. cost me over £200 to do all this where as other companies just charge £20.00 to add business cover so not very impressed.

The staff member ib4, was friendly enough but mumbled every sentence, he was obviously reading from a script and then left me on hold for 10 minutes while he was checking with brokers. In that time I went and bought online with another company for £120 cheaper. I was disappointed as the last one call experience when I bought my other car's insurance was fine.

Sent a vague text threatening to cancel my policy if I didn't call, turns out they're missing documents I uploaded weeks ago. Security is poor, gave them a name and postcode, instant access to my policy details. Cover not what I bought on the comparison site, was under the impression I could ride other bikes but policy documents say otherwise. Overall not impressed and I certainly regret not going with a well known name.

Very difficult to deal with then charged me a lot to change my address I also received a letter saying that they were going to cancel my insurance as I had not given them my drivers license which they never even asked for on the phone

I has to wait far too long on the phone before I was dealt with. I had to make 2 phonecalls before I was emailed a revised statement of fact that provided evidence of my required insurance amendment. yd2 not a completely satisfactory experience.

Web site does not process Amex cards correctly yet claims so to do One call computer failed to collect NCD protection required form Confused.Com One Call refused to accept NCD document after only looking at a last page and itgnoring the first pages

Charged me £40 just to change my address due to moving house. This was all done on the computer whilst talking on the telephone, only took 2 minutes. Outrageous Charing rate of which even Sir Phillip Green would be embarrassed.

Call Onecom get put through to a different company to sort out windscreen who request Policy Number and expiry date - i dont have that in my vehicle. Staff just rude and i am asked to call back again and not press any options to obtain my details. I do this and after listening to the same message 3 times i eventually press an option (after being on hold and 13th in queue). Another miserable person gives me my details but cant confirm when i will get a call back or whether i can get a resolution today. Talk about palm off to an outsourced window company and have a "its not my job" attitude. I await a call to get sorted. I have children to collect this afternoon so i need to plan better than this.

I am in the last two weeks prior to my renewal. I called to see if my quote can be made more competitive. I then found out that my address needed to be changed and was told that I would be charged £14 to change the address. I will NOT pay to change my address for the last 14 days of my policy, especially as the quote is not competitive enough and therefore I may use an alternative insurer. I was then asked to hold the line, which I did for some time before being cut off. No one has bothered calling me back. Very poor service. I have received an email requesting a review for JR7.

Took ages to get through then got cut off and had to redail must of wasted 30 minutes. Then charged £39.00 to change my address before they would do quote for change of vehicle. That means this year I have paid £78 just for Admin to set up policy then change address that takes two minutes on a computer. Not impressed

Received letter asking for a number of details to be provided such as driving licence number Nat Ins number As the policy will end in 14 days ! This info was provided on my application and as I have received the policy Why provide it twice with the threat of having no insurance in 14 days !( what if I had been on holiday ?) I went online only to get no answer from the online service and be 17th in the Queue on the phone. Eventually got to speak to a person who was helpful and confirmed they had received the online info (computer still shows waiting for confirmation from one call.) One call will not get the renewal next year.
