“Just had a fantastic customer service experience with AR2. Had a query regarding my insurance documentation after a no fault accident and have nothing but praise. Asked me to hold to double check the information she was giving was correct, all done with a smile (over the phone, but you can still tell) After a stressful time with the accidnet, this was a little ray of sunshine, thanks again. : )”
