Been with OneCall for a number of years now. Very refreshing to get a call for an insurance review that results in a cheaper price. Used the online chat feature (chatted with agent SK3) Very prompt and courteous and dealt with everything asked. Very good job OneCall

Your agent, SM5, guided me through some tricky areas of my home insurance that I could not have handled myself. The upshot of this meant upgrading parts of my policy, which I was happy to do after Sasha explained the details to me. All in all quite a pleasant experience really.
