“Had to use the live chat function, which isnt always the best, I'd sooner speak with a human, but hey ho, it is what it is. Anyway I got connected to TS4, she was very helpful, even though it took 30 minutes in total to sort a small issue, I'm hoping she was a human and not AI, either way she was very good (not assuming gender as she had a female name). 21st century and 1st world problems, can't wait for Skynet to become self aware !!”
