My experience has been good with one call car insurance and ageus . I had an accident in my car and one phone call was all it took to deal with everything . I had my courtesy car the following day . Picked mine up when it was ready . Paid the excess and that was it . I also had my renewal through a few weeks later and although I was dreading the renewal cost because of my claim I was happy that it had only gone up by £20 . I used the chat part on the renewal as my bank card had changed and that too was seamless . So my experience has been good .

ref TS4 - a very difficult situation and, although her hands were tied by company policy, the customer service agent did a good job in helping me rectify. My review is based on the customer service I received and not the company's policies.

I had to renew my policy this morning, with One Call. I was very impressed with the whole experience: logging online, reviewing my policy, discovering that my monthly payments this coming year would be lower than last. I also had excellent service from the Online Chat service. KP2 was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

AK7 trying to switch my current policy to new car wasn't possible as new car came up as no quote but she took time to find another quote I was happy with . Excellent phone manner and if all staff are like her no trouble recommending One Call.
