I used the Live Chat bot with regards to renewing my motorbike Insurance. They reduced my insurance quote by £40 which I was very happy with. At present I am on holiday abroad which meant I couldn't use a landline to call so I found the Live Chat bot very helpful in these circumstances.

Great assistance received from ci9 re- new car insurance from 19 Feb. My chat was regarding my difficulty in accessing the portal to confirm policy details before start date . ci9 understood my difficulty and provided a link to retry and if any further probs. don't hesitate to call chat line to resolve. Excellent customer service and the Motor Insurance was approx. £100 lower than quote provided by existing policy ! Many thanks for customer care !
