The online chat option is very slow to access but once achieved PSI saved a cancellation request from being achieved by creating a more acceptable quote.

I used the portal to cancel my policy renewal. The agent mb9 Mia found me an equivalent priced policy with a fixed rate fir 3yrs, excellent as i have the hassle associated with ins renewal. Great service thank Mia

I needed my policy to start immediately and so contacted Elizabeth EW2 through the live chat. She came back to me promptly and got it all sorted out. 15 minutes later. I had an email from the validation department all sorted. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
