“My agent Olympia S was very diligent in her service. She answered all my questions and took my information quickly and provided the different options I asked for. Was knowledgeable. Good customer service for sure - but also friendly.”

“agent EE3 helped me with verifying and uploading documents and managed to find ways round the system's incompatibility with Google docs and password protections on documents. She is quite direct in her tone but stayed on until it was all sorted.”

“I had issues with processing a payment. Mati (MK4) assisted me via the chat to a successful conclusion. On the chat for a very short time in which Mati helped enormously to arrive at the desired result.”

“went online to insure a second car and Mati K, was very helpful with me and the online chat that I use because I'm deaf has been brilliant. I have use One Call for a while now and I would trust recommend them, they have never been pushy and they do offer some extras if you want them. Highly recommended.”

“I had a problem when,taking out home policy, at the time there was only AI to help, which to frank was no help!!! Spoke to JC8 (Josh), who was extremely helpful,and did what he promised, which I am afraid to say does not always happen these days, with other companies.”
