“Never had an issue with One Call Insurance and when I was looking to cancel my policy due to a move I spoke to Mia (Username MB1) and Mia was such a great help. I cancelled due to a personal move where I no longer needed contents insurance, so nothing negative to say about One Call. The renewal price was actually really good! I was connected to the agent within seconds and there was no wait or delay. Mia helped me a lot with my query and made everything so simple to follow. Had no issues and the cancellation was processed with no hassles. 10/10 customer service - Give Mia a pay rise!”
