“Spoke with Josh (JC8) earlier with reference to a change to my policy (change of vehicle) . He dealt with me in a very professional, friendly, warm manner together with sorting out the query I had, so pleased that I dealt with him. It's great to come across employees of big companies who are certainly an asset to their firm who should be fully appreciated . Janette Davies”

“Want to thank Niall for his patience with me this morning. He managed to let me send proof of no claims by email with an attached photo. That's the only way I know how. (Remember some of your clients are older and alone and don't know too much about technology with nobody to turn to, to ask, so any way to make things easier for us is great.) Niall made it easier for me and was wonderfully kind and patient. Thank you, laddie.”
