“I have been with One Call for many years and have always been happy with their service however this year I received a more competitive car insurance quote from another company. I contacted the live chat and had a conversation with Jack (JA7) who was very friendly, helpful and professional and managed to re quote for me at a price very near the other company. Excellent service from JA7.”

“Finally i was able to get and talk with a nice young man,who helped me with adding another driver on my insurance . As the portal which i tried to use kept blocking me out .i have had also to try and trace phone numbers to speak to some one who could help. I am not impressed with the level of service of One call Insurance at all. Espally as a older person who is wanting advice and help. So thank you to that nice kind young man for his help.”
