“Aiden N was fantastic with my renewal, matched my cheapest quote from confused.com and saved me over £40 for my classic escort insurance. This keeps both my escorts with the one insurance company especially when I have 7 cars in the household and insurance renewals are a nightmare keeping up with who's who etc. Multicar insurance is not an option as you will have limited companies that can supply decent quotes for my needs and with the single polices for each, they cost less overall each year etc.”

“I want to leave a genuinely positive review for EK2 at One Call Insurance. I had just purchased my new car and was a fair distance from home when I realised I needed to transfer my insurance from my old vehicle immediately. It was an important moment and I needed everything sorted without delay. EK2 handled the situation with complete professionalism. They were calm, clear, and efficient from the start. They understood the urgency and took ownership of the issue straight away. There was no confusion, no unnecessary delays, and no back-and-forth. The policy was updated quickly and accurately. EK2 explained everything clearly, confirmed the changes, and made sure I was fully insured before ending the call. The whole process felt smooth and controlled.
