I was looking to stay with one call but got a cheaper quote elsewhere...When I went on live chat I found I was being quoted even more. I now feel I must go to the other company with the cheaper quote...Live chat..very unsatisfactory....!!!!

Despite CV19, it was almost beyond difficult to get in touch with someone to amend/query my quote. A Facebook message was promptly read but not replied to. Please update your web site to say any form of contact is highly likely using phone or chat room. Not good practise by onecall to keep business this time around

After talking on line to a agent who may I had was very abrupt with question and answers I was giving to add my partner to policy I decided to cancel my renewal and will insure with another company

A LETTER THAT CAME ONE WEEK LATER THAT I BELIEVE DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION CORONA VIRUS! EVERYTHING IS A MESS AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY, UNFORTUNATELY. WITH THAT MY POLICY WAS CANCEL!! A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AND GOOD WILL FROM ONE CALL. THEY DIDN'T GAVE ME A CHANCE TO MAKE THE THINKS RIGHT. FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY!!! NOW I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW POLICY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY MORE!!!

Have spent all morning trying to chase up a claim made in February which was lost in the system (no apology) found mid March and told action would be immediate. Since them nothing. Cannot get through on phone, email and Live Chat doesn't seem to connect in, so here I am still waiting for help. OneCall is not my favourite company. All looks good on the website but all glitz and no persazzzzz

I was buying what I thought was a good deal for my car insurance. turned out I needed to keep upping the costs, so I walked away and bought another policy. However one call started the policy gave no opportunity to stop the process yesterday. I spent about an hour with various people on the live chat only to be told after the motor people had closed that I was speaking to the wrong people. The only way they will now stop the policy is by me cancelling and one call charging me. NMOT Acceptable

Live chat staff need to learn some manners. Rude and obnoxious hence not renewed my policy with them. I did motor and household insurance for years and this company has to be the worst!

I have recently been in touch with one call because my cars battery had run down due to lack of driving during the virus period. They told me that because I forgot to change my address since I moved home would incur charges. The charges were almost £100 just to change my details. There insurance is one of the cheapest out there but that figure is just rediculous and I won’t pay it. Now the are cancelling my car insurance because of their greedy policy. My wife is with one call too but when that runs out I will be changing to another company. Adios one call

£247.52 previous year £375+£30 broker fee this year! No room to negotiate, not really worried if you stay or go! Just glad I never had to make any claims of any kind. Basically in my opinion firm looks good but behaves like a predator! Mind you with so many other insurance firms to choose from who cares.

The final on line team member was helpful and the issue was resolved. However one other gave incorrect info and all was not helped with the chat service constantly dropping out
