The live chat people ( tried 2 of them) were okay but the payme nt page failed to work twice. So gave up the renewal.

i was disappointed that i could get a quote for a lot less elswhere but was willing to stay but was still £27.00 more a month then cheaper quote !!!!

Not very happy. I’ve asked for an extra month to pay my direct debit, explaining that I’ve had to stop work, due to being self employed, and no funds coming in, since the corona virus lock down. I’ve only just got a new temporary job to see me out till all this resolves, but I don’t get paid till the 15th of may from my new job. They said they can only extend till the 27th of April. It’s not a great help, when I’ve only just got enough for food till 15th may. I thought you as a company, would have a little bit of compassion during these horrid times. I’ve been a customer for several years now with one call insurance. Very disappointed this one time, because I think you’re great as a company

The company has no call providers only chat it’s take a long time please make a transperancy with customer and comunate properly

On this occasion I am rating the service as poor, tried for a number of days to get through to them to change the date of my direct debit by the time I did could not do it as it was too close to the day, my chat person offered no alternative help or even a sorry

The handler LY5 was great in assisting me today, so I don't want the low amount of stars to reflect her work. ashame I couldn't renew with the company today after being with them for 6 years but the renewal price was way to high, they have normally always been great but today I felt let down after so many years of custom.

My car which has been insured with you since December 2019 has not been registered on the MID date base and am therefore unable to tax my car

I appreciate under the circumstances times are rather difficult at the moment. plus it was rather late when I tried to renew my new policy for my fiat panda. But I dont remember signing up for any extras & to just deduct £100.00 from my bank account with out even asking me is I feel rather under hand. After what I had thought was the final figure of £185.73 as requested by the web site was in my eye sealing. Plus that & there was no one to answer the phone only chat online was very disappointing. & then take 7-10 to refund the my money that is taking the mic. But saying that Dana the lady I spoke to in live chat was very good at explaining things. So full credit to her.

They took the npremium for next year 4 days before the renewal was due and now I cannot get the online chat to work to contact them for a refund. To compound the problem all the telephone numbers just say use online chat. It just doesn't work. Appreciate we are in times of crisis even so there should be a robust medium to may contact with them! Extremely disappointed.

Failure to provide new insurance quotation. No access via telephone; unable to return a rate online; nothing on chat line; nothing on customer portal to help. Information sent via chatline that I have taken out a new insurance with another company by telephone after receiving a quote via email and that you were not to renew automatically. It was too late to offer me a quotation of £249 after I had already taken out new insurance.

Your original quote was much better than my renewal fee but after I had given you my credit card details and agreed to the policy your additions made it £20 dearer than my renewal. However it was to late for me to change my mind without incurring more fees.
