On hold with caller very upset that I am charged for cancellation fee after never had a claim nor use breakdown and threatened with delt collocters if I don’t pay £8.00 when I get another car will not be useing one call

Not one call, 4 calls and 1 live chat 30minutes before I was actually able to speak to someone and get an answer to my question. When I finally did get through on the phone the man was very polite and helpful.

Tried to change DD date only to be told that due to my circumstances changing my car insurance would be cancelled in 7 days. No help with getting another policy.

My policy was renewed automatically a week ago without my having received any letter in advance saying this was about to happen. My credit card was charged a premium which was £80 higher than the previous year and £125 higher than I can obtain the same insurance from a different broker. I was then told it would cost me about £45 to cancel this policy. Because I did not receive any letter saying the policy was about to be automatically renewed I feel that the cancellation charge should be waived. I was offered a credit of £70 to avoid cancelling the policy which I decided to accept. My main complaint is that the policy was renewed with a much increased premium with prior written postal notification.

The lady katie that sold me the insurance was fantastic really sold it to me. I however needed to be recovered (took out breakdown cover also) failed to tell me I was only covered for the first 20miles for free then £1 a mile and wanted £584 to recover me, my family and vehicle, luckily I was with the RAC who recovered me under my policy with no charge. I rang numerous times yesterday and was passed numbers to call and no one would transfer me to the correct department. I was us given another number to ring. The customer service was very unhelpful it has now cost me near £80 to cancel my insurance which I have had for 5 days.

Poor I've had to do all phoning to my car sorted as it was a write. My ins is due to be renewed I've got another car you haven't even sent an email to say much it runs out tomorrow. I have been on meerkat. Com.

Phoned, waited ages for an answer, Requested that they cancel automatic renewal but still sent letter and email regarding renewal in the week following, had to make a second phone call ( long wait again) a week later to confirm cancellation.

I have phoned 4-5 times in the past week and have always given a great review, but your advisors have said we will send u an e-mail, but it never came through until I phoned again. Then it came through, seems to me the money I saved on insurance was taken up with phone calls.

Unable to add a driver because we don’t live together is very unfair. Not happy and will definitely Be changing providers on my renewal.

I just changed a vehicle over partway through my policy over the phone. I discussed the vehicle type model and registration. Had my quote and paid extra. On checking my policy online the wrong model and engine size had been added. I had to ring back and sort out the insurance again. Paying an additional premium. Please can you ensure that the vehicle registration matches Dvla description and double check details with clients to ensure the vehicle type is correct for future clients.

You can't press the number option you want until the system has finished listing all the options and said "You may now press the option you want". Then it gives you a couple of minutes of "rubbish" which you have to listen to before you can continue. Then you get told "We're presently experiencing a high level of demand..." as if this day is any different from any other. I bet if you called at 1am you'd get the same busy message. The only reason I haven't given this feedback as "Very Poor" is because when I finally got through to the correct person they were helpful and efficient. But it did take me an hour to talk to the correct person. Get rid of that poor automated phone system please!!!!

I had had a cheaper quote so phoned to advise. Was not offered alternative cheaper insurance - didn’t seem to want to keep me as a client so have gone elsewhere.

A disappointing experience trying to change to my new car prior to delivery, whose registration number was not on the system, thus involving the necessity to use LiveChat, which incidentally I could not access from my laptop even though I was signed in. On Live Chat for nearly three quarters of an hour and then cut off before I felt I'd finished, having been redirected to a payment page. Unsure whether the vehicle change had been done as no documentation for new vehicle available within my account, and so had to start the Live Chat procedure all over again. Didn't find the experience very customer friendly.

Sunday 8/03/2020. On contacting your telephone number 01302 552314. All options pressed put me through a continuous loop. I was on the phone for 10 minuets before realising that I was going nowhere. Someone needs to check this issue out or you may lose customers.

I was transferred 4 times between 2 departments neither of which seemed to understand my request. Eventually after 20 minutes I got a solution but am not confident I am actually insured. Terrible service

Took an age to get through, chat advisor was good but to be charged £39.00 administration fee to change vehicle over is an absolute disgrace (not the advisors fault admittedly) but seriously, why wouldn't it let me do online to save an advisor the work and then charging me £39.00. I detest insurance companies, they're all the same, money grabbing so and so's.
