Took an age to get through, chat advisor was good but to be charged £39.00 administration fee to change vehicle over is an absolute disgrace (not the advisors fault admittedly) but seriously, why wouldn't it let me do online to save an advisor the work and then charging me £39.00. I detest insurance companies, they're all the same, money grabbing so and so's.

Unable to proceed on computer, after several attempts, tried chat line after entering info again, it was not available. Rang One Call js2 was very helpful but I found him difficult to understand as he was not clear enough and spoke too quickly. He was polite and patient

Having tried twice noticing them l don't have computer requesting l require postal service still been ignored not a good start to 1st time customer Do not talkin to a machine always a complete waste of time and waste of money not a free phone

Unfortunately I did not renew with you. I rung you Tuesday night for your best price, my renewal price was £31:25 and was told that, that’s it until I get back to you with a comparison his attitude was crappy. I rung you Wednesday night to cancel my renewal because I found cheaper he asked who with and how much and I refused to say then all of a sudden after a load of spiel he says £26:54 how’s that price for you and would I like to renew I said No and questioned why he couldn’t tell me that price the night before he said he needed a comparable price although I hadn’t told him my price he came up with £26:54. My point being I was paying £26:21 last year and if he had said £26:54 I would have renewed saving me time and effort searching for cheaper insurance, instead of being greedy and trying to squeeze extra pounds out of me and the guys attitude on the phone was bad a real couldn’t care less attitude

This was second time I had called today to change car details so needed new quote. After a long wait and going through process of pressing many numbers got through to an advisor who implieed that it was better for me to get quote online and it would be cheaper. Didnt really seem intereted and quote for next 7 months of £188 was higher than annual one at £177 which dfoesnt make sense and means i will not be staying with One call. Very disappointed

had home insurance tried to ring to cancel for the renewal forever asked to press this option then that option then on my 6th attempt the system was down!!!!!!! went on live chat to cancel she said can only cancel on phone told her what happened she said must be my phone !!!!!!! evenyually she said would as a one off cancel it for me but only if I told her who I re insured with if I got like for like cover and how much it cost me. Absolutely disgusting would not recommend these at all a very bad experience.

2nd rate website entered driving liscence no.3 times,same with n.i. no, only been a customer for 3 years, keeps pinging back details not recognised, will await a call
