Insurance not loaded onto correct data base police use resulting in me being pulled over on a busy motorway & embarrassingly spending 20 minutes in the back of a police car until insurance policy could be confirmed .

Didn’t realise the gold breakdown (higher premium) covered no days in the EU. You wanted £89 for 2.5 months of the remainder of my policy, as it’s not carried over on renewal. I also thought I was covered up to 30 days EU cover per trip. It’s 30 days only for the whole policy!!!

Not received any email to confirm the details of the phone conversation... annoying as was juggling other quotes and trying to cancel other quotes with only a verbal confirmation from one call.... now gone to live chat to chase up

Poor customer service I was on the phone for almost 1 hour and had to explain myself to three different people before I was passed to the fourth in the end I decided to cancel my insurance. All I wanted to do is swap my insurance over to a new car and I was quoted 3 different figures. All the staff need more training

Slow at processing info. Coming back after schedule is given looking for info that was already given. Then sending recorded phone message saying insurance could be cancelled. I have dealt with yourselves before. Very unhappy with your service this time.m

THERE SHOULD BE MORE STAFF ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE - EACH TIME I PHONE I HAVE TO WAIT AN AVERAGE OF 5 MINUTES WHICH POINTS YOU IN THE DIRECTION OF CHANGING INSURANCE COMPANY ON RENEWAL

phoned as we could not remember the policy details and we needed an update due to a new vehicle. Call was answered after 10 minutes and we spoke to someone who was taking all the details down. He said our amendment would cost £15 plus admin cost. We were then cut off. Not from our end. Noone tried to call us back so I went on the portal (we had been given the instructions on the phone) and then I did the same update myself. The cost had gone up to £66 for the adjustment and £24 admin as already quoted. Why? Why didn't anyone call us back?

I felt intimidated and upset with the lady I spoke to yesterday. I was trying to explain to her the reason I was struggling with my payments and she seemed argumentative and behaved as if I was lying that my country has not been printing passports which was why I could not get passport to renew my work permit. She did not seem helpful or sympathetic towards me. I felt embarrassed and disappointed. I'm already stressed and I took the courage to sort this out and the service I received was a bit judgemental. I owe other companies but no one spoke to me like that. Very disappointed with the service.

Had lots of issues with final payments made many phone calls and got different answers. Thought I had paid the insurance in full in December as I wasn’t allowed to set up a direct debit and now been charged another month cause apparently I hadn’t paid it in full, even after I phoned last week as you wanted double payment. It hasn’t been clear and I am left wondering if I have overpaid a month I had phoned the week before and told I had nothing to pay . Will not be recommending this company for the reasons above. Confused and not sure if I have overpaid. Everyone I spoke to was professional but gave me conflicting answers to the issues

On completing the insurance policy proposition the driving licence number was optional and yet came threats to terminate the policy. On trying to complete the request they now require even NI number

Pretty poor. It's never nice to hear your insurance is going up a considerable amount because of all the other customers who are submitting claims. I was told it's not fair to penalize just one person??? I thought that's what insurance is for?? Why penalize me?
