Your fees are excessively high, I underestimated my now claims discount years, I’ve actually got 6 not 10, now you’ve changed me for having a better no claims period, seems very unfair to me.

Feel it is unacceptable to be charged an admin fee of nearly £49 for just changing address. Also this is a fairly simple thing to amend, why can a customer not change it them self in the portal? Not happy with how additional charges for policy amendments were explained via online chat. Very much doubt I will be renewing my policy.

Not the friendliest, made me feel like I was a nuisance. Want to cancel my policy, but he didn't explain the cost very well

They made mistakes on their online quote system database and then wanted to charge me for amending the Statement of Facts form from the Insurance company, very disappointed with their automatic system. Live Chat system works ok.

Total disaster. Trying to reset a password has proved impossible. Two operatives dealt with me. The second failed to deal with my problem and eventually left me hanging.

It took 12 minutes to get through to an operator who told me that if I didn’t use the online portal, I would be charged £15.

Communication with one call is extremely difficult as they cannot be contacted by phone and only by chat line. This is maybe ok for the younger generation but I cannot imagine how difficult this would be for the older, less IT literate people

Waiting in a queue to speak to a representative, then after giving all details put on hold without informing you the reason and then left on hold until you give up and put the phone down, live chat is a different story and both times no problem.

Wasted four hours on Thursday trying to get an updated quote on my premium since changing my address 2 days after renewal. Was told at initial phone call there wouldn’t be an additional charge. On Thursday on the phone three times and on two chats which took over four hours of my time. The last lady I spoke to was lovely and helped assure me. Yesterday I was able to sort out address issue then stated in my letter I received the date of next payment to be told it wouldn’t be that date and the letter was an error. I then advised them I had received this letter Tuesday to be placed on hold again (very lengthy periods on hold) to be told I was correct. Last year when I cane to one call I felt the staff went over and above for a new customer and where so helpful. This time round renewing I am already very dissatisfied!

Inquired about the outstanding balance on my insurance was confirmed payment went through the person was abrupt and short called me sir when actually was female felt no customer satisfaction and felt when asked about renewal wasn't interested even though was polite and thanked for help

needed to add My son on to drive for two weeks two to three days a week not at weekends as we had no time scale i did it for the renewal date for which charged £74 -50p including £24-50 admin charge. We no longer require to cover him as he now has a car of his own so why pay £24.50 again ?
