your small print is too small...breakdown cover was the influencing factor on me changing from previous insurance to you...so sorry i did now...looked at cooling off period £49.99 to get out...will not be renewing next year with you

Reported a claim today and now we have been pushed to their solicitors and no we have no car and I am disabled The person in the solicitors office said they are waiting on the witness or other driver to contact them And did not care that I am disabled and no transport and I was told to contact the oncall people for a car No one wants to help me

Lots of time holding and being transferred around. Finally quoted over £200 more expensive than elsewhere. Call took over 40 mins.

Getting through to the department needed is a minefield.then waiting for an answer is tedious in the e tremendous as all the call handlers are so busy ! Once you do reach the right person you are o.k.

Everything went well until I asked to cancel my policy.... took 36 minutes for the cost to be given to me. It took me several attempts to get an answer as the service adviser wouldn't tell me. Wasn't really rocket science and I'll definitely think twice about using them again in the future even if they are the cheapest.

Tried to change vehicle details via on-line portal. Entered all requested data ten got rejected and told to go on live chat. Eventually got through and had to submit same data all over again. RUBBISH!

Portal did not work. We have changed our car and the portal would not let us change the car details and get the new car insured

Furious that you’ve taken out a full annual premium, without my consent. I spoke to one of your team on Sunday, and I’m still waiting for the money to be reimbursed into my Bank account. This has cost me bank charges, as I am now overdrawn! At the moment I am not a happy customer hence the low star rating! 😤

The only way to contact One Call to make a policy change was through live chat but I found this extremely slow and frustrating. The first time I tried to open Live Chat the box disappeared when I tried to look something up on my computer so I had to start over again. The whole thing seemed to take a very long time and I had to sit at my computer waiting and couldn't do anything else in case the live chat window closed again and I had to start again. Curtis (Ci8) was extremely helpful and sorted the problem out but it took me over half an hour just to add business use to my policy. Something that could have been done over the phone in 10 minutes.

EP7 was fine and helpful. However, the underwriters demonstrated a lack of social, community and moral concern by refusing to allow me to add 300 miles per annum "Business Use" for charity work. For which I was fully prepared to pay. As it "did not fit the Ts and Cs of my original policy" .... or some similar verbage to to this! Their solution was to ask me to pay to cancel the existing policy and buy a new one. I sincerely hope I will not have to deal with them in the future.

Via telephone initially, your adviser could not help. My new vehicle not registered, but collection was next day. Alternative Insurancer obtained. Went back to you on line, and received help, but line cut-off. Asked for return call from you to obtain new quote, as an existing client. No response. Please call.

Excellent call answer time and polite operative. Wanted to change my address but couldn't do it online so had to call. I have been charged £15 for an amendment that took 25 seconds and this is the reduced fee as I am a Platinum Member, its normally £39. That is just too much given that I manged to change the reg on my wife's car online for £5.
