After being threatened with cancellation of my policy and telling me I was not insured with the company they had to admit that they made an error with my name. Furthermore they had taken the money to start the policy on 01/02/2020 and now have given me a policy starting on 08/02/2020 when their mistake was corrected...

Told by an assistant they had changed my direct debit date then was told it had not gone through for the month requested so save your coversations.

No email address on website to cancel policy. Policy automatically set to auto renewal. Only option to contact via phone long waiting times 10-15 minutes. Same old story sent a renewal cost up on previous year (9 years no claims, clean licence) quick search on compare the market cheaper elsewhere.

After using One Call for call outs when the car had broken down, I started using my bank's call out. I have a policy with my bank that insures my holidays, mobile phone and car all in one. I tend to use them over One Call because they were much quicker than One Call. I two occasions I phoned One Call for help and they were taking so long that on both times I called my bank's insurance after and they were always faster even though I called them some 40 minutes after - how is that possible. One Call regularly keeps customers on the line waiting to be answered and makes one feel like a second class citizen. Their premiums are just too expensive for rubbish treatment so I've gone elsewhere. Was never happy with One Call as i was either waiting too long on the phone or too long for their service to arrive. I hated to have to phone them for help.

got a quoit for car insurance and a week later price went up by 20% not the way to treat loyal customers had to go somewhere else

I find the website really difficult - i only want to find out what a paid for my insurance and it doesn't seem to be anywhere in any of the likely documents. I went for a online chat and that was unavailable for house insurance queries! Im sure they are all lovely people but the website is very confusing

I called to retrieve old policy information and was told I'd receive them in the post and by email......I recieved neither!! Very poor

I called on 3/2 and was hold for nearly 15 minutes before hanging up. I called again today and chose the wrong option after 5 minutes of automated information and had to redial. When eventually I was speaking to a person I was directed to the website for the quote. I am buying a new car and don’t yet have the registration so was unable to get the quote I wanted on line. I’ve given up!

Having looked about for insurance cover for my husband's van last June, One Call appeared to be the best & cheapest option or so I thought, but I should have gone with my instinct to my cost. The van, unfortunately, failed its MOT in January and not repairable. After advising Onecall of this I wanted to transfer the insurance cover to the replacement Car that we had purchased. But I was told this wasn't possible and then advised that out of the £286.40 that I paid for the insurance, only £10.16p would be refunded!! To say I was shocked was an understatement, particularly as we didn't have much choice over the matter and wanted to just transfer the policy to our replacement Vehicle. , Needless to say, I will not be choosing this company again.

I need a copy of our vehicle certificate. It is insured in my wife’s name so we can use her no claims. I was advised to log in or register but was unable to do this. Not happy and have given up for the time being.

The website is poorly designed and trying to actually speak to an actual person is also provided difficult. When I finally did get through to change my address. Pay the fee required , I still got a letter in my new address saying they were cancelling my insurance due to not informing my change of address . The. Having to go all round the houses to speak to someone it was a mistake made in their part - not the first time I have dealt with miss communication

I have had to make 3 calls so far to rectify a problem that they had caused, being on the phone around 30 minutes each time. I am still waiting for this problem to be completely solved. I probably won’t be using One Call again
