“It was no problem to speak on the phone and have a call back. AE1 was brilliant, patient, kind and encouraging with an old person who finds the computer very difficult. She not o ly found me a cheaper quote but also offered paper copies which will be sent to me by post. Thank you AE1!”

“I have renewed my building and contents insurance today thank you Jade (JS4) the initial quote was a lot higher than I expected or could afford and I had done some research and found a more affordable option. Jade (JS4) was very helpful and understanding and knowledgeable and found away to help me reduce my quote It’s still higher than I was quoted elsewhere but I decided to stay because of the professional way I was treated. Well done on employing caring and people like Jade”
