I've been with One Call for a few years now & although I got a slightly lower quote elsewhere for my van insurance, I'd rather stay with One Call as I value their service & trust their advice. When my previous van broke down, all I had to do was call them & they arranged for it to be recovered very quickly, with a minimum of fuss. I spoke to KL4 today when renewing & found her to be very helpful ,friendly & efficient.

Kadie (username: KT7) on the live web chat gave me a decent requote for my home contents insurance policy, at ⅔ of the price of my original renewal quote. She was friendly and patient while I made sure I got answers to all the questions I needed answering, and I was satisfied with all the information she gave me, using an appropriate combination of personalised typed responses and pre-written template responses (which WERE useful). I was pleased at not having to queue at all before chatting with someone. It just remains a shame that customers need to go through this process every year just to get a genuinely competitive quote. (Please note that this is only a review of the policy renewal process and of the agent on the live web chat that I discussed my renewal with, and not of the company and its insurance services in general.)

I called today to cancell my renewal but was pleasantly surprised how "GM2" handled all my queries regarding the price & found me a good deal. She even called me back to give me an extra without putting the price up. Which I found extremely good customer service.

Rang up and spoke to a actual person ! Esmond (et1) who actually knew what he was talking about and sorted my query out in no time , and then went on to sort a confirmation email out for my peace of mind . BRILLIANT
