I've contacted customer service via chat. This agent Sian was so helpful and attended to my requirements professional. The question asked was straight forward and solve my quote in a very competitive price. I'm very happy with tge services and renew it on the 20th September on a Platinum Club.

I was supported by NK3 via the online chat. NK3 was sued helpful, efficient and supporting me with my portal and payment issues. Super professional and took me through every step! Highly recommend and hope that NK3 is valued by One Call.

It has taken nearly a month for one call to settle my claim and it is still not settled. There are so many areas where they have been totally incompetent. I will make sure everyone learns about my experience with you. It is one of the worst experiences and service I’ve ever had.

I contacted customer service via chat and spoke to agent ML2 (Megan). She was very helpful and got my renewal quote down to cheaper than last year. Very pleased with the service and I renewed straight away.

The name of the brilliant agent I spoke with is called Natasha and has the U/N NK3. Adding our daughter to my vehicle insurance policy could not have been made without Natasha's calm, collected and knowledgeable assistance. What could have and would have been a stressful episode (the upcoming renewal meant that certain options needed, weren't showing) trying to navigate the request was quite the opposite, thanks to her. It was her suggestion that we keep the chat open at the outset that was key to everything going smoothly. Had that not been the case it would not have been possible for me to make necessary changes and I would have been left feeling super-frustrated. So, Natasha, THANKS.

**KT7** Katie was very professional. Although you almost lost a sale due to the long waiting times via your online chat system. This was not katies fault but a management choice on how their business needs are met. Katie was great. What is frustrating is that my initial renewal quote was far more expensive than expected and they were just trying it on. Once I made the effort to wait in line Katies miraculously halved the cost. Well done Katie, poor show One Call.
