“That time of year again, don't you love it! However, this time was relatively painless. Done in 20 minutes and a much better price than originally quoted for renewal. Thank you JF2. But why companies can just say, hey we got you a great deal this time, instead of the client hiding his or her loins ready to do the negotiation battle. However, got a result in the end.”
