After 2 days of struggling to talk to a human as it was impossible to change my vehicle on the portal, I tried on another browser to find Live Chat and thankfully I managed to get everything organised so I can collect my new car tomorrow. So thank you Tara for your help. One call could make life easier by having a few humans available to talk to and help.

Excellent help from Keira 5*. But it is very hard to find the phone number to speak to anybody about renewal. I only found it after an hour, and the live chat gave me the number. The number is not on any of the electronic information I could access.
