“Emily reassured me kept me calm whilst waiting for my documents to come through, this woman went above and beyond standard customer service, i have used one call few times before and have never had a problem with them on comparrisons this was the cheapest i did struggle (not being a youngster) and emily guided me all the way through and i really felt she was there for me , her bosses should get her to show how a caring job is done , thank you so much emily and one call x”
