“I recently contacted RB1 about swapping my car over on my insurance policy, and the service I received was outstanding. RB1 explained everything clearly and reassured me that I wouldn’t lose my no claims discount during the change. While reviewing my policy, she also noticed that I had a high excess and took the time to tell me about an excess protection option. For just £16, I now have cover that means I can claim my excess back if I ever need to make a claim. RB1 was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right cover in place and understood all my options. Any customer would be happy to deal with her. Thank you, RB1, for the excellent service!”
