I cannot comment on Coopers policies, I merely wanted to order something from them, But thought to do some research first! you know, I'm sending money, with no guarantee, are they hot air? am I wasting my signature, savings etc? After reading a few comments here, I am convinced not to hunt the cheque book out!! But it also brings another question into My head. Why do we Have to pay in advance for things that may arrive in the post, may not, may work when they they get here, may not!. Surely the onus needs to be refocused on the suppliers of these goods and 'cheques/credit cards/ any payment methods , only get approved to the supplier once the purchases have arrived and work as advertised!!

Bad customer service. I ordered a hose it leaked so they said don’t sent it back. They sent another out I refused it and I never heard anything so emailed them . They don’t reply I phoned them I asked were my money was she said you signed for it I said the courier gave me a card so I told them the bar code number then she said I’ll speak to my manager and give you the refund that was a week ago. Where is my refund . I will never shop there again.

Placed order on 29th July.Having placed order confirmation stated that one item will not be available for 6 weeks.Two other items I needed urgently but nothing has been shipped. No answers to e-mails, gave up trying to ring them - huge waits. Dreadful service suggesting that this company (who I have used many times in the past) have serious problems.Have cancelled my complete order.Cannot recommend.

put an order in and it stated will receive it within 5 days. no communication from them about dispatch. on day 6 i contacted them twice, no reply. then i contacted them through paypal dispute and asked for a refund as i hadn't received it. strangely enough I got a reply saying it had now been dispatched. when it should have been dispatched 7 days previously (according to their website). yes the product was ok, but customer service and communication and delivery was rubbish. i wont use them again

Placed order 24th July (Coopers confirmed order 5 day delivery) I chased order on email 30th July - no reply. Telephoned today 2/08 to be told item out of stock and would be another 2 weeks. Extremely bad customer service for not getting back to me and for the long wait on the phone to find out my item would be yet another 2 weeks making 4 weeks total. Would certainly not buy or attempt to buy from this company

Purchase a battery operated lawnmower in 2017 the battery charger stopped working,contacted coopers by e-mail on two occasions and there responce was we don't supply battery chargers on there own and your guarantee is up,bearing in mind you only use it in the summer months ,just starting my small claims court case against them they should not be able to treat customers like this,they have a duty to the public to action any puchases that are faulty ,I am left with a £200 pound lawnmower and two batterys that are useless because of a faulty charger,NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Coopers are verging on extortion. They send the wrong order then charge you seven pence a minute on the phone, to sit in a queue of twelve people waiting to be seen to. My wife sent an e'mail ,but guess what! no reply. My advice is do not order anything from coopers

If I could give it no stars I would this company doesn’t know how to run a company customer service is disgusting how they talk to you and treat you they shouldn’t be able to run a company my product is still not come if not send me no tracking details just told me I should wait in for three days and it’s already been seven Terrible do not order from this company not worth the stress

Hi ordered F778 and F546 a couple of weeks ago paid on Visa Debit not heard anything about my order keep trying to phone customer services but no one seems to answer . have used you before lots of times bur very disappointed this time

I ordered 4 half barrel planters on 12th July for my mum's birthday on 20th on a 5 day tracked delivery which should have been no problem but as with many reviews coopers have told me after 3 phone calls to customer service that it was not dispatched until today 6 days after they took my money and I won't receive the order till next week customer services are rude and very unhelpful all in all if you want to get what you pay for on time stay away from these people as they will fob you off and you won't get anything when you need it you have been warned

Returned items on 17th June and received part refund on 25th June of £6.45. Phoned office on 4 July spoke to Sarah who confirmed that I would receive £24.98 in next couple of days.......still waiting!!

Soup maker model number 10451 In the first instance this product was fantastic within 3 weeks of purchase the element stopped working then it stopped completely. Having read reviews apparently this is a regular fault with this machine. Do NOT waste your money on this product,

I bought a striped door curtain to try and keep out the flies. Not only does it sometimes full down when you walk through it but the flies still get in. Waste of money.

I believe this company does not test appliances when buying them in, I have purchased 2 electric items a rotary scrubbing brush and a rotary brush for cleaning my block paving driveway. Both item are absolutely useless, they are so under powered that they are not fit for purpose. Then there is garden ornament with solar power, months after purchase we find the item has ingress-ed water so shorting the system out and making it beyond repair.

Why doesn't my previous scathing review of this company show up here????? Ordered item on 2nd June - it is now 18th. After many phone calls and 2 emails (one not replied to) I am this morning told that the item has been "lost somewhere" and they will expedite another one for overnight delivery.

Ordered one item on 2nd June - it is now 18th! Have checked by email (twice, one not even replied to) and phone (4 times). Today I was told it had been despatched on 14th - day 9 of their "10 day delivery period" - and given a tracking number which I queried with the carrier (YODEL) only to find that they had no record of it!!!!! Back on the phone and, after a short delay, was told that "it has been lost somewhere in transit I'll get another sent out for overnight delivery". Somebody somewhere is telling porkies! But what an absolute shambles, 12 working days since the order was placed. Wish I had visited this website before ordering, I'm another who will not be using this company ever again.

Ordered 2 items on 5 June, still no sight of them. Rang the call centre (7pence a minute) to be told that one item was holding up the delivery. Apparently the item is in the warehouse but hasn't been put on the shelf so can't be dispatched. As the 10 working days isn't up til next week I'm told it should be delivered then. Poor service- first and last order from coopers of stortford.

I ordered a hedgehog nest box and received a box of wood. I don't mind a final fix approach but resent being expected to make the thing myself! Getting sick and tired of this level of service when buying an "item" which does not exist. I am quite practical but not everybody is. I might as well have built one myself - oh yes, I am!!
