Knowhow logo ought to have a question mark at the end Bodgit-and-leggit as I will call them appeared and all started well, but the guy in charge of installing my integrated fridge made such a bad job of the install I can honestly say I cannot see how many more mistakes it was possible to make. Honestly I don't know how it could have been done worse. The door a) was not on straight one side was 7mm higher than the other (use a bloody tape measure!) b) got caught on the counter top when opening (Measure twice, screw once!) c) the fixings were used inappropriately so it was loose at the top (Instructions? Heard of them?) The fridge a) was raised bizarrely, I worked out after adjusting it that the reason, as best I could see, was to accommodate that it sitting on the mains cable which was caught underneath and so coming out the front rather than the back (Move the cable dumbass!) b) had the bottom plastic valance incorrectly installed correctly and was hanging off loose on one end. Most of these were only found after they had made their rather hasty exit I did make comments about how x or y wasn’t done right, but it was clear they were finished. I called in a friend of mine with larger array of tools than I had and we re-did the installation in about an hour and a half, bearing in mind that the install guys had scampered off with most of the "spare" fixings (and right quick) Am I impressed? No, no I most certainly am not. Do I recommend Currys? Run, run fast and in the opposite direction.

Purchased a laptop in September 2018 for starting college. Laptop constantly freezes, reboots, closes tabs causing me to lose work. Turned out I was able to use laptops/computers at college so didn't really cause me too much of an issues until September 2019 when I needed it working in preparation for university. I took the product back to curry's where they reluctantly repaired as the 1 year warranty was out by 2 days, and stated that I had corrupted software (manufacturing fault). They repaired and all seemed okay for a few days. I ensured I turned on frequently to ensure updates could process. Any way didn't need for the first semester, as I had exams and no essays, so minimal use however i ensured I turned on frequently to ensure any updates could process. Come January, I have gone to use the laptop, and again same issues all over again but 10 fold however, i've made due by using my husbands ipad. Today I phoned acer out of sheer desperation who have given me a reference number with the instruction for currys to repair. Spoke to currys helpline where the agent refused to allow me to speak to a manager. the agents words were "managers will not discuss such little issues" and stated the product is18 months old and it only cost £300 so I shouldn't expect anything from them. Absolutely appalling. in the time where my lectures have moved online due to corona virus and I am unable to participate due to having a faulty computer. I Will NEVER make a purchase from Currys again.

Absolute rubbish service, took delivery of our new washing machine 17/03, from the Treforest branch in South Wales in the morning. By around 12.30 my wife noticed water all around the floor, I had to come home from work, it had been badly connected, water all in the units and all over the floor. Tried for about 2 hours to get through to this outfit, no luck, fobbed off with every call. We eventually got through to the manufacturer who has agreed to send someone out Friday. Beware of this team in South Wales, one of the chaps has a black eye patch, if you are getting anything from this outfit, please double check before they leave.

It's ridiculous. I feel the protection plan of Team KnowHow was mis sold to me. I was under the impression that if my laptop broke, and then broke again with the SAME PROBLEM after you were NOT ABLE TO FIX IT, then I would be under the "if we cant fix it get a replacement" protection. The gentleman I spoke to has said that this is not the case and I have to go through more headaches of taking the machine in for repair to the shop again, and this could be another two more repairs on top of the two I've just gone through, before you will consider replacing it. This is a BRAND NEW 3 MONTH OLD LAPTOP. It should not be having any of these issues. I appreciate it is brand new so you want to fix it, but look at it from my point of view, it is brand new so I want a brand new machine that isn't broken. The protection plan is massively flawed and is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Visited the store in Scunthorpe. Went in to purchase a gaming laptop! Stood around for 10 mins (Not busy at all even went to ask if someone was free) no one came to assist. I decided to google the model and found it £100 cheaper on amazon. Thanks for your poor customer service!

BEWARE OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY Just cancelled the purchase of a freezer at Currys as the salesman did his best to convince me to take out an extended warranty. He assured me the the modern Beko freezers are not as good as one we purchased almost 20 years ago. he told me the standard and quality of Beko products has dropped so low that an extended warranty on a new product is needed. Just trying to scare/bully me into taking out their expensive warranty.

USELESS BUNCH OF ########. We ordered a fridge freezer, paid the EXTRA £25 for delivery between 1pm and 5pm yesterday. Jane waited from 12 until I arrived at 5.45 then we waited another 2 hours. TRIED calling them on BOTH SO CALLED HELP NUMBERS . Held on one for 19 minutes and no response. The second one we held on over 38 minutes before some dipstick responded and first TRIED Bull******** that delivery attempt was made not knowing we have cctv . Whilst waiting I looked up tracking and the guy was still in the other side of Wednesbury after 6.30pm and STILL HAD 3 deliveries to do before us . Delivery No'20. So it was NOT even a Curry's delivery guy but some 3rd party cowboy self employed courier. Curry's are HISTORY. RIP CURRY'S . SHUT ALL YOUR DOORS AND LEAVE APPLIANCE SALES AND DELIVERY TO THE (PROFESSIONAL) COMPANIES. Your customer service SUCKS ! WE CANCELLED THE ORDER AND NOW BOUGH FROM THE PROFESSIONAL ONES (HUGHES). GO TO HUGHES EVERYONE OR AO , BUT AT ALL COST STAY CLEAR OF CURRY WASTE OF SPACE COWBOYS !!!

11 days to wait for a repair to my washing machine! Not acceptable but apparently it is the standard or service they supply. Insurance will be cancelled.

The most dreadful service. Delivery went badly wrong and all I got from customer services was avoidance and no offer of resolution. Avoid Currys and their incompetent delivery arm. They are an utter disgrace.

Spent £700 on a new TV from Currys which broke down just over a year later. They charged £95 to inspect it and then wanted £500 to fix it which is more than the TV is now worth. Was genuinely shocked. What an appalling shop. Resigned to buying a new TV and will never buy something from Currys again.

Been a customer of Knowhow for a washing machine for over 4 years. Unfortunately it broke down and started leaking badly on the 27th Feb. I called and registered the issue and was told that an engineer would visit between the hours of 1:30 and 5:50 on 5th March. At 4pm on the 5th my wife received a call from the engineer saying he could not get to the appointment. We were then given another appt for the week after on the 11th. I called Knowhow and explained and was told that I could get a 7day SLA if I call on the Sunday as the repair had gone over 7 days. I called as per the advise given in good faith and the 7 day SLA was processed. I chased this on the Monday and was told that it had been rejected. Another one was processed and was told we should get the voucher on the 10th. I was to call back again and check. I have been told today that this has also been rejected due to the 7 day SLA not starting from the 5th therefore it would not come into play until the 12th. I have written to the CEO of Currys and currently have received no response. The fact that this company take your money and then when you need them they move goal posts and let you down is a joke. My disabled Mother is currently doing our washing as there is no launderette near us. Thank you KnowHow for being so bad, this really does show what a poor company is.

I ordered a cooker online on the 2nd of march, it couldn't be delivered free for a week(if you pay it can be delivered sooner)strange that. I had a text on the 9th of march from Teamknowhow saying my item will be delivered between 14.35 and 18.35, when it didn't arrive I went on to the track your order site to read the driver was on delivery number 15 about 8 miles away, I was delivery number 17, on the edge of the map it said "order Late", so I assumed he would be here shortly, I waited until 7.40 by which time I could see the driver was heading back up the A30 and clearly not calling today, I rang Currys to be told the driver told them my business was closed, I replied I work from home where I have been all afternoon, my dad had been taken to hospital so it was a frantic afternoon/evening. The driver had clearly not even been anywhere near my place to attempt delivery, I now have no work this morning and an unhappy customer. To be basically called "A Liar" as the driver swears he rang us and got no answer and assumed the business was closed.Yes I do close at 6.00p.m. but I am still here for deliveries. No communication, no apology, rang up to get refund this morning again not "sorry". Oh yeah and when we came home last night we had just missed a call from Currys Survey team at 10.01 p.m. you will be glad I was not there to answer it. have bought countless cookers from here before but never again

Bought a fridge freezer just over a year ago, in the last few weeks it had been making a loud rumbling noise when the evaporator fan turned on. I contacted Curry’s and their out of warranty team as it had just expired by a few months. The response I received 3 days after wasn’t helpful at all and the steps they advised I take were time consuming and unreasonable. In the end I called someone out to fix it and was told that the bearing had gone on the fan motor which Is a manufacturing fault.

Disgusting aggressive customer service from the store manager. Very upsetting experience I will never buy anything here again. I have never been treated like this by any store. Is bullying the customer a new management style?

I bought a fridge/freezer last year and my house was damaged by the delivery drivers and the fridge/freezer doors. I waived the damage to the newly painted kitchen cupboards, floor plate and flooring. The dints in the fridge/freezer doors is a separate issue brand new fridge damaged. Curry's asked me to contact Samsung for replacement doors, Samsung in my mind were not involved. Curry's offered £60 compensation and upped it to £150 in February, this is now denied and guess what my case is closed. Never use this firm !!

What ever you do do not take a care plan out with currys pc world. You pay the money and when it comes to them sorting an issue out they decide to change the goal posts. They just take your money and laugh at you. Please don't waste your money. And there not fca regulated.
