I have paid for a freezer and delivery over 2 and a half weeks ago . They state it was delivered on the tracker, it has not arrived. Ignoring my multiple attempts to email, phone etc. Thieves, fraudsters... beware public

No existent customer services. Spending hours on the phone on hold only to be cut off. I have now spent a week in a phone que, sending emails to get no response. I will never deal wit this company again they have caused so much stress and anxiety due to none existent customer service.

Smasung TV ordered for 70th birthday present and lorry arrived on day of expected delivery 24th March ,but no TV onboard. Countless long phone calls made since and have been on hold for 90 minutes at a time, but no one answers. Emails sent and no one replies. Tracking says 'contact needed' ,but no one answers phones or emails. I know Coronovirus has affected the number of people working, but this is a total disgrace. Surely someone can reply to an email. Money taken and no way to contact anyone. Do not buy from Currys.

Tumble dryer arrived damaged. Been waiting on currys non existing customer service for nearly 2 hours. Their sales team still taking money for removal of old items but drivers wont take them away. Never will I buy from Currys again, PATHETIC SERVICE

Stop buying kitchen appliances from Currys as they are one of the worst ones in the UK for after sales customer services. I bought a fridge freezer from Currys and as soon as it was delivered I spotted two long dents on both the fridge and freezer doors. I sent so many emails to the customer service for return and refund and called their customer service but I never received any answer! If you want to buy from Currys think twice because they may sell you faulty or damaged goods and then they simply ignore you and leave you with your faulty goods without any response! Simply they have no after sales services if you have any problem with your goods! They just want to get your money and that's it, a company with no morality and dignity!

Curry’s has been a disaster! We ordered a microwave oven online (Next day delivery) for my grandad 96yrs old and unable to walk. We urgently require this for his meals. It was delivered 2 days later. The product was damaged. The glass in the door is broken. Have tried calling several times and spent hours on the phone and no response from customer service. Ended up on a live chat conversation with a lady but got told it’s for “business” customers only and that they do not have a live chat for regular customers. Was provided with an email address and was reassured that we will get a response back as we need the product picked up and exchanged for a new one. Have sent two emails and it’s now been 7 days and still no response! I can understand short staffed but I’m sure people should still be working from home and not using this as a holiday! We have an old man here without anything to cook with!!!!!! Disgusting!

My delivery did not turn up the day it was due I tracked it throughout the day which said it was on route at 3:30pm that day it stated that it had an issue and I needed to calm the contact centre, after 4 days of calling most calls being 4-6 hours on hold every time getting hung up on I am no further forward with my delivery. The service is Horrific and I will take this further. Upon checking all of my details the store assistant seems to have forgotten a door number on my delivery address and stores are now closed. I appreciate that times are difficult at the time of this problem however this is absalutely disgusting service

My dishwasher wasn’t delivered on the first date even though I’d paid extra for a specific slot. It wasn’t delivered on the second date even though I was PROMISED that it would be. I’ve had no communication about a refund. I can’t get through to anyone. They can’t take my money and not provide the item and then ignore me! Awful company, will never use again.

Was told we would Get text on a delivery of Microwave at 11-00AM. No text received , You cant contact them Have been waiting on Phone for 4 and a Half Hours trying to Get through. Got through after 2 and Half Hours only to be told I was Through to Wrong dept. and he would put me through , 2 Hours Later Still not Through.The DPD tracking says it Tried to Deliver and no one available what a Load of Rubbish as here Since 8-30 this Morning and not supposed to deliver till after 11am Customer Service is Rubbish and I appreciate it is difficult times but this is not acceptable way to run a business

Terrible service. The management is good for nothing. Business continuity not managed properly during this difficult time of covid-19. I wont be surprised if this company goes into administration soon. Bought a fridge and was not told by anyone until the day of delivery that they will not deliver it inside my home. Calling them to cancel the order was a mission. Over 4 hours wait, only to speak to a rude customer service agent called Shirley.

At the first place, they said they can fix so that they don't need to refund that £60. Then they told me the price of the machine parts is higher than the actual product. This is obvious that I will not spend that much money as I can get a new one with same price. What a con. They did this twice and cost me £120. I don't think they can fix the product at all. Just after your £60. Never ever come back to them and do not recommend at all.

Logic Washing Machine L814WM16 - never worked as it should, will not purchase goods from there again. •5th October: received delivery Immediately raised concerns in Cambridge store that the paint work was damaged, there was water in the drum, and there were loose bolts in an open bag in the drum. The machine was not packed in polystyrene or cardboard and we felt that it could be second hand. Currys could only offer £10 refund. •Cambridge Currys Store Advised that the machine was not spinning properly, and had been left with a drum full of water. I requested refund or replacement 11th October: received a replacement machine •Replacement Not Working Water cold, no lather or bubbles just a grey scummy water which left residue around the door and on clothes. There was also a grating noise from the drum. •Cambridge Currys Store I requested money back or replacement, but they could only send out an engineer. •Element replaced, engineer stated it was lime scale, he left before testing. The repair made no difference, the water was not heating properly, soap was not dissolving, no lather produced •E 30 Error Unable to open the door due to the machine showing an E 30 error. •Cambridge Currys Store Requested a refund or replacement, but just got another engineer. •Second Engineer discovered the replacement heating element the first engineer fitted was a Hoover not a Logic part, not only that, but he had re-used the Logic thermostat part with it. He stated that the old element, which we had kept, was not lime scale damage, but it had been rubbing against the drum. Element and thermostat replaced, set the machine on a cycle and left saying “that modern washing machines do not create bubbles”, and that he would report back what he had found, but did not wait for the cycle to complete. •Machine not Working The only setting that that works, ie, produces a lather, and washes and rinses clothes is 90 degrees which is not acceptable. I have called the Know How team and been told that its later than 28 days so it cannot be replaced, and they take the 28 days from the day the FIRST machine was installed. I have been in store where customer services have been on the line for ages on my behalf and still not sorted. It is a scandal! I could not recommend Know How or the support given to customers, not even for there own products - Logic being a CURRYS brand. Store now closed, can not get through on phone, left with a £200 plus pile of junk!

Bought a TV recently from Currys PC. And got it delievred yesterday. My TV was (SONY BRAVIA KD65XG8096BU 65" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Google Assistant) Although the box was seal packed, there were few missing items inside the box. And I am not able to install the TV. I called CurrysPC 3-4 times with a hold time of approximately 50-55 mins. No response from Currys Customer Support team. I have emailed to customer.services but NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed. I would recommend never buy anything from Currys PC World.
