Purchased a Logik washing machine From Currys. . All was ok until we had a problem with it only after 4 weeks.. They sent a engineer from Technique Domestics to look at the machine .. He was agressive and did not look at the machine at all..he spoke to his boss over the phone I could hear his boss clearly using words like Fxxk off and cxxt He said to tell me to Fxxk off if he thinks that I am going to check the machine our in detail.. Avoid using currys at all costs.. Customer services are a joke, disgusting people who done care about customers. . Very destructive ..

Poor Poor company, I purchased a Karcher Hard Floor cleaner for £249 and have developed an issue within 8 months of having it. Purchased from the ebay site. Ive messaged and asked how to proceed as it has 12 month warranty with Currys, They told me to try trouble shooting the problem which i had already done. Ive now sent a further 8 messages over a 5 week period asking them how to proceed and they have not once replied. I think its disgusting how they cant even reply to let me know if to return it or take it to a local shop. Im now in talks with trading standards because they are not up holding the guarantee. Vile company.

Store cancelled delivery of an item three times, unhelpful customer services, three days in the house waiting for non-arrival of the item. Still not delivered. Would never buy a delivery item from them again.

Team Know How I would have given no stars but this is not an option. I discussed at length the problem with my washing machine and paid for a repair 19/2. The repairer arrived and said the wrong part was ordered and rescheduled the repair 24/2. The morning of 24/2 I received a text to call team know how. I was informed the parted had not arrived and my repair would have to be rescheduled 26/2. I was annoyed and explained this would be the 3rd day I would have taken off work. I have received a text know stating my repair will take place 28/2 with no explanation. I have contacted team know how who too do not know the reason for my cancelled appointment. I again have explained this will be the 4th day of work to repair my machine. I’m waiting for a senior member of staff to call me back. I would not recommend this company.

I bought a HP Pavilion laptop. Returned it within 30 days with a keyboard design fault and other display/visual issues. Girl on customer services was really rude and talked to me like I was stupid, said it looked fine to her. She eventually agreed to refund/exchange as had to admit there were problems but I had to argue and ask to see a Manager first. Girl then disappeared for ten mins and then informed me that managers were all too busy to see me. She did then agree to the refund, begrudgingly! Horrible experience at the Portsmouth store

Terrible ordering system. Can not pay in advance to reserve and useless complaints procedure. No wonder businesses are struggling these people can't even get the basics right. I simply gave up with my complaint and I now completely give up with Currys PC world.

Went into the Cambridge store to buy a Undercounter fridge and got very little help - In fact the information we were given was wrong.. Went on line and told the door fixing which the store said was included was not. The only way we could have the fitting was if we had it installed by Currys. Went home and bought from AO on line. This is not the first time we have walked out because of poor service and lack of product knowledge. How you stay in business is beyond me.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Purchased a washing machine from currys Team valley Gateshead. start of the month and had it delivered and installed by the delivery men that curry’s use. They came out took out my old washing machine and installed my new one. All was fine and well I was happy to have a new working washer. They left my old washer in the kitchen which I asked as my landlord was going to come and collect the old one as it was his and he would then organise removal, the day after I noticed a cut in my Lino from where the delivery men who delivered it had obviously been shuffling it around the kitchen. Instead of lifting it I seen one of them pushing it around the floor by himself to move it. I stood and watched the whole process, People came to remove the old washer from the kitchen a couple of days later and that is when I became aware of the damage done to my Lino there was a huge slice under where the washing machine was, I got in contact with team know how they got someone from their team to come out, a manager “apparently”.. he came to my house clearly already knowing what he was going to say he seemed in a rush and uninterested. Looked at my Lino in the kitchen told me instantly it’s not been done off a washing machine and told me he would be rejecting it. I couldn’t get a word in edge ways he was rude and abrupt and just seemed like he wasn’t interested at all in anything I had to say talking over the top of me. I know it is because I’m a young girl and if I was a man it would of been a different story he made me feel like an idiot basically calling me a liar to my face, I felt intimidated in my own home! top and bottom of it there wasn’t damage there before they came out and when they had moved the washer and installed the new one there was damage. He was there 5 minutes and just left I wasn’t told what would happen next I wasn’t told anything at all. And I still have had no contact what so ever until I called myself to make a complaint. I will Never ever use this company again I’m now left to pay for new Lino in my kitchen through no fault of my own it’s so frustrating basically being told you are a liar and being left the foot the bill of someone else’s damage. Horrendous service!

I visited the Norwich branch of Curries / PC World to enquire about purchasing some monitors for a home office. I then explained what I wanted to use the monitors for, principally Microsoft office products. I made it clear that I had no intention to use this for gaming purposes. The sales assistant not only made everything so complicated by an over-use of technical language, he continued to tell me all about his gaming monitors and how good they were. I again made it clear that these were not for gaming purposes but he did not listen. I also asked him to speak in laymans terms, which he was not or chose not to do. I left the store confused and unsure on how to proceed. The customer service was poor, and I was not listed to.

Well delivery drivers did not unwrap the washer as promised, just dropped it off and left. So unwrapping it myself I found a huge crack on top, at that point phoned currys and was offered %20 money back. Was quite happy to accept that given that the washer goes under the kitchen side. Then continued to unwrap it and found the door hanging off and damaged too. Is this actually some sort of joke? Phoned back and told the delivery driver wont be able to come back today even tho he was within 10 minutes of leaving. Left with no way of doing washing now and with a derelict washer in my small kitchen. This is absolutely disgusting

Purchased item on line in December for collection at store - item not delivered - asked for refund - refused - very rude and aggressive store manager. Phoned 'Team Knowhow' who said they would arrange a refund - not received - phoned again - more promises - emailed CEO and eventually, 2 months later received a refund together with a £5 voucher (unuseable since I will never set foot in a Currys store again) and a £5 payment for inconvenience. Throughout these 2 months I received automated apologies but no money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Before purchasing a fridge freezer we specified we needed a small delivery van as we have a narrow access, after defrosting our old fridge freezer a few hours before delivery our driver called to say he was in a 750 ton truck! Not ideal 😭

It took five weeks to get the item back from repairs. We had to visit the store every week to check ot it has been returned to the store as this information was unobtainable over the phone. After 5 weeks some physical repairs made, but the main fault, i.e.power fault not addressed at all. No quality control, no responsibility, useless customer service.

1* is pushing it! Disaster from start to finish. Never delivered on anything they said, never price matched as they said. Cancelled order and they still delivered. Total bunch of balloons. Don’t bother dealing with these people. It will be a nightmare.
