Been a customer of Knowhow for a washing machine for over 4 years. Unfortunately it broke down and started leaking badly on the 27th Feb. I called and registered the issue and was told that an engineer would visit between the hours of 1:30 and 5:50 on 5th March. At 4pm on the 5th my wife received a call from the engineer saying he could not get to the appointment. We were then given another appt for the week after on the 11th. I called Knowhow and explained and was told that I could get a 7day SLA if I call on the Sunday as the repair had gone over 7 days. I called as per the advise given in good faith and the 7 day SLA was processed. I chased this on the Monday and was told that it had been rejected. Another one was processed and was told we should get the voucher on the 10th. I was to call back again and check. I have been told today that this has also been rejected due to the 7 day SLA not starting from the 5th therefore it would not come into play until the 12th. I have written to the CEO of Currys and currently have received no response. The fact that this company take your money and then when you need them they move goal posts and let you down is a joke. My disabled Mother is currently doing our washing as there is no launderette near us. Thank you KnowHow for being so bad, this really does show what a poor company is.

I ordered a cooker online on the 2nd of march, it couldn't be delivered free for a week(if you pay it can be delivered sooner)strange that. I had a text on the 9th of march from Teamknowhow saying my item will be delivered between 14.35 and 18.35, when it didn't arrive I went on to the track your order site to read the driver was on delivery number 15 about 8 miles away, I was delivery number 17, on the edge of the map it said "order Late", so I assumed he would be here shortly, I waited until 7.40 by which time I could see the driver was heading back up the A30 and clearly not calling today, I rang Currys to be told the driver told them my business was closed, I replied I work from home where I have been all afternoon, my dad had been taken to hospital so it was a frantic afternoon/evening. The driver had clearly not even been anywhere near my place to attempt delivery, I now have no work this morning and an unhappy customer. To be basically called "A Liar" as the driver swears he rang us and got no answer and assumed the business was closed.Yes I do close at 6.00p.m. but I am still here for deliveries. No communication, no apology, rang up to get refund this morning again not "sorry". Oh yeah and when we came home last night we had just missed a call from Currys Survey team at 10.01 p.m. you will be glad I was not there to answer it. have bought countless cookers from here before but never again

Bought a fridge freezer just over a year ago, in the last few weeks it had been making a loud rumbling noise when the evaporator fan turned on. I contacted Curry’s and their out of warranty team as it had just expired by a few months. The response I received 3 days after wasn’t helpful at all and the steps they advised I take were time consuming and unreasonable. In the end I called someone out to fix it and was told that the bearing had gone on the fan motor which Is a manufacturing fault.

Disgusting aggressive customer service from the store manager. Very upsetting experience I will never buy anything here again. I have never been treated like this by any store. Is bullying the customer a new management style?

I bought a fridge/freezer last year and my house was damaged by the delivery drivers and the fridge/freezer doors. I waived the damage to the newly painted kitchen cupboards, floor plate and flooring. The dints in the fridge/freezer doors is a separate issue brand new fridge damaged. Curry's asked me to contact Samsung for replacement doors, Samsung in my mind were not involved. Curry's offered £60 compensation and upped it to £150 in February, this is now denied and guess what my case is closed. Never use this firm !!

What ever you do do not take a care plan out with currys pc world. You pay the money and when it comes to them sorting an issue out they decide to change the goal posts. They just take your money and laugh at you. Please don't waste your money. And there not fca regulated.

Delivered a new fridge freezer but couldn't take the old one away because there wasn't room on the van! They offered to pick it up on Monday which I agreed to, received a message on Sunday to remind me they will be here on Tuesday! What happend to Monday? Do they think you can have time of work just like that. Rubbish service.

He was agressive and did not look at the machine at all..he spoke to his boss over the phone I could hear his boss clearly using words like Fxxk off and cxxt He said to tell me to Fxxk off if he thinks that I am going to check the machine our in detail.. Poor Poor company, I purchased a Karcher Hard Floor cleaner for £249 and have developed an issue within 8 months of having it. Purchased from the ebay site. Ive messaged and asked how to proceed as it has 12 month warranty with Currys, They told me to try trouble shooting the problem which i had already done. Ive now sent a further 8 messages over a 5 week period asking them how to proceed and they have not once replied. I think its disgusting how they cant even reply to let me know if to return it or take it to a local shop. Im now in talks with trading standards because they are not up holding the guarantee. Vile company.

Store cancelled delivery of an item three times, unhelpful customer services, three days in the house waiting for non-arrival of the item. Still not delivered. Would never buy a delivery item from them again.

Team Know How I would have given no stars but this is not an option. I discussed at length the problem with my washing machine and paid for a repair 19/2. The repairer arrived and said the wrong part was ordered and rescheduled the repair 24/2. The morning of 24/2 I received a text to call team know how. I was informed the parted had not arrived and my repair would have to be rescheduled 26/2. I was annoyed and explained this would be the 3rd day I would have taken off work. I have received a text know stating my repair will take place 28/2 with no explanation. I have contacted team know how who too do not know the reason for my cancelled appointment. I again have explained this will be the 4th day of work to repair my machine. I’m waiting for a senior member of staff to call me back. I would not recommend this company.

I bought a HP Pavilion laptop. Returned it within 30 days with a keyboard design fault and other display/visual issues. Girl on customer services was really rude and talked to me like I was stupid, said it looked fine to her. She eventually agreed to refund/exchange as had to admit there were problems but I had to argue and ask to see a Manager first. Girl then disappeared for ten mins and then informed me that managers were all too busy to see me. She did then agree to the refund, begrudgingly! Horrible experience at the Portsmouth store

Terrible ordering system. Can not pay in advance to reserve and useless complaints procedure. No wonder businesses are struggling these people can't even get the basics right. I simply gave up with my complaint and I now completely give up with Currys PC world.

Went into the Cambridge store to buy a Undercounter fridge and got very little help - In fact the information we were given was wrong.. Went on line and told the door fixing which the store said was included was not. The only way we could have the fitting was if we had it installed by Currys. Went home and bought from AO on line. This is not the first time we have walked out because of poor service and lack of product knowledge. How you stay in business is beyond me.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Purchased a washing machine from currys Team valley Gateshead. start of the month and had it delivered and installed by the delivery men that curry’s use. They came out took out my old washing machine and installed my new one. All was fine and well I was happy to have a new working washer. They left my old washer in the kitchen which I asked as my landlord was going to come and collect the old one as it was his and he would then organise removal, the day after I noticed a cut in my Lino from where the delivery men who delivered it had obviously been shuffling it around the kitchen. Instead of lifting it I seen one of them pushing it around the floor by himself to move it. I stood and watched the whole process, People came to remove the old washer from the kitchen a couple of days later and that is when I became aware of the damage done to my Lino there was a huge slice under where the washing machine was, I got in contact with team know how they got someone from their team to come out, a manager “apparently”.. he came to my house clearly already knowing what he was going to say he seemed in a rush and uninterested. Looked at my Lino in the kitchen told me instantly it’s not been done off a washing machine and told me he would be rejecting it. I couldn’t get a word in edge ways he was rude and abrupt and just seemed like he wasn’t interested at all in anything I had to say talking over the top of me. I know it is because I’m a young girl and if I was a man it would of been a different story he made me feel like an idiot basically calling me a liar to my face, I felt intimidated in my own home! top and bottom of it there wasn’t damage there before they came out and when they had moved the washer and installed the new one there was damage. He was there 5 minutes and just left I wasn’t told what would happen next I wasn’t told anything at all. And I still have had no contact what so ever until I called myself to make a complaint. I will Never ever use this company again I’m now left to pay for new Lino in my kitchen through no fault of my own it’s so frustrating basically being told you are a liar and being left the foot the bill of someone else’s damage. Horrendous service!
