“From the very first message CustomMade were supportive and thoughtful in all of their messages. I was so cautious as I live in the UK and they’re a USA based company, I wasn’t sure what to expect and the prospect of creating a ring Was very daunting. Everything was taken at my pace and I was shown 3D models of my design and I was able to give feedback and get things changed as many times as I wanted. They offered expert advise and created the most beautiful rings. I’m in love with the results and I can’t wait for my girlfriend (soon to be fiancée!!) to see them ❤️❤️ P.s they even found a way to save me money at the end, really expert customer service!!”

“It was so easy to create the perfect ring. Any time I had a question I could just write in the chat and the person assigned to my project would answer me quickly. “I had a very special ring that was lost. I had Custommade recreate it by looking at a picture. It turned out amazing! The communication during the process was consistent. “All I can say is wow this ring turned out perfect! My now fiancé hasn’t stopped staring this piece since the day she put it on. Not only was the ring exactly what I imagined but the people at CustomMade have made this such a stress free experience. They walked me through step by step until the ring was in my hands. “I had a really great experience with the entire team at Custom Made. From the first person to respond to my inquiry, throughout the entire design and build process, everyone was very responsive and the communication was significant. At no point did I feel like I was in the dark on where my ring was in the process. And of course, the finished piece was exactly what I was hoping it would be, although I already knew what it was going to look like from the detailed images I received during the design process. I can honestly say that I really couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend these folks for your next project.”

“I wanted a ring to for my wife to commemorate the birth of our first child. I knew she would want something dainty but I also wanted to have our baby’s footprints engraved on the ring. I found CustomMade and asked how small they could make such a ring. They knocked it out of the park. The ring looks gorgeous and they made it even thinner than I thought they could! Not only that but the process along the way was so smooth. At every step they clearly communicated expectations and updates. I got 3D renderings and sample pictures. When it came time to ship I got the ring the next day! My wife loves the ring and I will definitely be using CustomMade in the future.”

“Custommade was able to make exactly what I wanted from a picture I sent them. It was a 25th anniversary gift for my husband. He coaches basketball and we spent our silver anniversary at a basketball game so silver basketball cuff links were appropriate. He loved it! He took me to Napa before the season started, thankfully.”

“The entire team was VERY helpful in every aspect of the process from planning to metal and gem selection, concept design, 3-D rendering, all the way to finishing and photography. They were extremely accommodating to the timeframe I provided them, quick to respond and knowledgeable to answer any and all questions, and the price was reasonable as well. Overall 10/10 would recommend!”
