“The team here at Custom Made was great to work with. They helped me design an amazing engagement ring. I am no jewelry expert, so I didn't know exactly what I wanted going into the design process. I worked with several amazing team members who took the time to explain anything and everything that I had questions about. I was happily surprised by how quick their responses were. In my opinion, this is the way to create customized pieces that show someone you care. Designed by you, not selected off a shelf in a store. A way more personalized experience. Would recommend!”

“Customer service has been good, insightful, and patient. However, I’m sending this review because of the automated emails. I think it’s a joke to say that the emails are “from the founder” asking for review, but the “founder” isn’t emailing or checking. If he or ANYONE was checking before sending me a first and second email about a stupid survey they would know they sent me a ring with the wrong gem in it. I am currently talking to CM to fix the issue and they are helpful. You want a review of the current process? That’s my review. They couldn’t check THREE stones to make sure they were accurate. No one in the process caught that it was the wrong opal. When ya start planning things and then find out you have to push that back a few weeks or months because of the company that doesn’t leave a great taste in my mouth. I’ll probably review at the end”

“The process for my pendant did not take very long and they were communicating with me all the time with fast responses and updates. My pendant came out just like how I envisioned it to be they also help me change the bail to fit my chain. The whole experience with amazing would definitely recommend this professional service.”

“It was fantastic. I walked into looking for a bridal set for my fiancee entirely unprepared. I knew pretty much nothing about center stones, pave settings, VVS clarity, or the rest. I quickly was overwhelmed by all the different options. Enter CustomMade. I told them that I was looking for a bridal set, and they pretty much took it from there. They somehow took my vague ideas for what I wanted and turned them into a gorgeous and affordable ring that my fiancee adores. They showed me pictures of a bunch of different options to get an idea of what I liked, made several sketches of possible designs, and worked with me until we had the design perfect. Selecting a center stone was a breeze- They pretty much did it for me. They found a stone for a reasonable price that was the perfect size, color, and clarity. They held my hand through the entire process and were extremely receptive to feedback. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. You could not ask for a better team to help you make your ring dreams reality”

“Had a beautiful ring made for one of workers 25th anniversary. The team was amazing to work with and any modifications to the designs were done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any upcoming custom work I may require The ring is stunning!!! Thank you so much.”

“Custom Made were fantastic across the whole process. The engagement ring I was picturing I could not find anywhere so went to Custom Made and they were able to help my vision become a reality! They were regularly checking in so I never felt in the dark about how the project was going. They were really honest when mistakes were made and rectified them quickly to a fantastic standard. Really pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend them”

“I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in getting a custom ring/jewelry. I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend in the future and I wanted something special for her. So I came across CustomMade and I check there website and I was little nervous at first but honestly once someone started talking to me and leading me through the process it was great, each step of the process I was lead by a great team member and they have kept me updated on literally everything, like sending me messages on how the process is going sending me pictures on what the disgn looks like and updated pictures. They didn't stress me about anything. Like I where to go to a big box store they would have tried and up saled me or hassled me but CustomMade didn't do any of that which a greatly appreciated. At the end when I got my ring they gave me a wonderful package/start up guide to set up my proposal which was the cherry on top of everything and the ring turned out to be amazing and so beautiful. I can't wait to put it on my future wife. Thank you CustomMade for an amazing experience and creating a beautiful piece”
