“Great people to work with! My wife’s engagement ring fell out at about a year of having it made and was never found. We sent the ring and and the team decided it was a design flaw! Added a new stone and reworked the mounting at no cost to me. Great company that I highly recommend”

“I heard about this company from a patient and decided to look into purchasing my high school class ring for a second time. I originally purchased my on class ring at the age of 17 for a little over $600 and took very good care of it for almost 30 years. Well, I lost it in a parking lot and it was not a ring that I had seen but on one other person. As I began to search on the site to have my ring made for me again, I finally made to decision in September of 2023. The communication with this company if phenomenal and so courteous. They answered all of my concerns via email and kept me informed also sending me updated pictures. I am very pleased, I paid more but this was customized for me. The payment process was easy. I received my ring in November and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness towards me. I could feel it via our email exchanges. Thanks again, Mrs. Dimetress”

“My overall experience with custom made.com was absolutely amazing! I was a little apprehensive about initiating the process because I’ve seen some projects with other online providers come out with not-so-favorable results and limited to no options for rectification or recourse. When I responded to Aleni, the consultant’s email, she was very charming, reassuring, and responsive! She got my ideas and gave me options on the approaches, working around the fact that I didn’t focus on budget up front. That put me at ease, as the focus wasn’t on the monetary part until I was ready. The sketch artist, Davit, was great and magnificently made the changes based on my feedback until we got exactly what I was envisioning! The 3D renderings gave me a little bit of pause because they looked a little more chunky than what I had in mind, but we forged ahead as they softened the edges as I requested. Karen was the lead on that part of the process, and was amazing to interact with! The gemologist, Chun, was incredible in giving me what I felt were the best options to choose from. My final selection was what I wanted and well within the range I was comfortable spending! When it went to casting and finalization, I was anticipating it to be ready a little quicker than it was, but Matt was wonderful about keeping me abreast of the status. I was happy it wasn’t rushed because the pics of it when it was ready were absolutely stunning!! Receiving the ring was just perfect! I am really astounded and excited with it! I can’t wait to propose and see her reaction! HUGE thanks to the whole team for such an important project! Top notch from start to finish!! Sincerely, Michael”

“I wasn't sure if designing a ring entirely online was going to work, but it did! The process and stages were very clear and the different team leaders I worked with were very easy to work with, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable and I never felt like I lacked support. I had my own design in mind and they helped me hammer it down to a final beautiful ring that my fiancee absolutely loves.”

“My experience was amazing from start to finish! I had come to the Custom Made because I had an idea of an engagement ring (my girlfriend had her own specifications I’d taken notes of as well). I sent them all the details of what I wanted and they got right to work, designing it. During the process, they explained each step in detail, anticipated most of my questions, and had visual aids already prepped to make sure I was never confused about what was happening. The customer service was so on point and even when I thought I was nitpicking too much, they were still kind and willing to make every alteration to the 3D model of the ring so it could turn out exactly like I wanted. It came out even better than I could’ve ever imagined and I was able to expedite it once I realized I had a proposal date. They’re at the top of my list for complimentary wedding bands and thanks to their help, I can’t wait to propose.”

The delivery packaging is also perfect really higlights the importance of the ring and life moment! And also the amazing delivey time being an over seas customer.
