“Custom Made has a very solid business model. I have for years worked as a Product Development Engineer designing custom tooling and products for customers in the medical device field. “Working with the team at CustomMade was exceptionally easy. They were very kind and professional. They worked with me through several changes and did a wonderful job. On top of it all the pricing was still a great deal especially for a hand-crafted one of a kind piece of jewelry. I will be returning for any other jewelry I need without a doubt.”

“A representative of CustomMade was with me every step of the way to help design my custom ring. There's lots of option to choose from, and even better than that, you get to personally suggest your own options with a little bit more info!! They are willing to work with you in a broad price range, and they even send it in a box full of everything you might need before, during and after you put a ring on it!”

I was always in the loop during the process and felt in control of how the project moved forward. “CustomMade was so easy to work with. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless. Amazing customer serve and beautiful craftsmanship. They communicated every step of the way and often responded to messages within the hour. I would recommend CustomMade for any custom piece of jewelry...they were able to use a picture of an heirloom class ring from 1968 to create a nearly identical replica for three sons. Truly amazing!”
