“Custom made , a company that goes above and beyond their name when fulfilling customer desires. The Absolute , when it came to customer to product communication. Always reliable when it comes to customers choice in design and preparation. In my case I was creating a Heirloom.So I need details fitted into the ring I was designing and this took us around 1 month in just the design itself (As I kept changing a lot of things which I did apologise for again and again , sorry guys ) and another month making sure they keep me updated with each step and each process my personal ring was looking like and how it would possibly turn out . The amount of labour effort and time truly resulted in Magnificent work by each individual who had a hand on the project, because with out them I wouldn’t be able to wear such a honourable ring . I already have plans to get more created through CustomMade and I strongly encourage anyone else who wants custom tailored rings to your absolute preference please reach out to the team here at CustomMade as they will deliver you a personal one to one customer to product experience as if you were there yourself making it !”

“While I am overall satisfied with the ring, I had quite a few hiccups along the way to include the final product. Trying to get one of the designs was very painful and when I got the ring in the mail, a piece of the bottom of the moon was shaved off. This was not mentioned in the initial consultation or design. Design occasionally felt rushed as I tried to get the right designs on the side of the ring and felt I generally wasn't getting any help from the "specialists" I was working with. When I would message and ask something they would throw back more and more stuff that just looked rushed and gave very little help. It felt like they threw the jpeg or picture into the machine and if it turned out terrible, they just gave it back to me with the bad image saying they loved the design. This continued even after I had paid and went onto CAD portion. I intend to keep the ring and am happy with it but felt it could have been better. While I am likely to recommend to a friend who wants theirs completely custom, I will caveat to them the importance that they need to get it right and shouldn't rely on any help from the people they are working with.”

“This has been my nest experience with a purchase of any kind. I essentially designed a matching ring set for my future fiance and I. From beginning to end we were introduced to professional, easy going agents and although each step requires a different specialist, the pass off was seamless. I'm really, really looking forward to wearing this set for the rest of my life and cannot wait for the shock and compliments it will bring. “Wow. Just wow. I am blown away. This has been such a wonderful experience. I had a few ideas coming into this process, and the team here did an amazing job of bringing those ideas to life while also giving me some exciting suggestions I would not have considered otherwise. If you are going to do a custom engagement ring, this is the place to do it. Other online sellers have custom pieces as a secondary part of their business, and it shows, but at CustomMade, it was clear from the start that they were committed to doing things the right way, to listening to my priorities and wants, and to making sure every detail of the process was smooth and fun. The response time was always fast, and I always had a point of contact who was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the current step of the process. 11/10 would recommend. This has been a great experience and other online sellers should take some notes. Now I am more eager than ever to propose. “When we first started looking for our rings, we could only find rings that were sort of close to what we wanted but there was always a detail that wasn’t quite right and it felt disappointing. Making appointments and going all over the place to visit jewelers just to view something we didn’t love was getting discouraging and we always left having so many questions. Then we found CustomMade! The overall experience with CustomMade was impressive, pleasant, and really exceeded our expectations. The process of discovering our rings from exploring materials and designs, to the concept art, to 3D rendering, to the final product was fun and exciting. There was never any pressure or feelings of gimmicky sales pitches, and every stage of the process was clearly outlined right on the website. Everyone on the CustomMade team was professional, polite, and answered any and all of our questions quickly. They were supportive and helpful when we had questions or wanted to make any changes until we reached perfection!
