“All the staff at Custom Made were very helpful and kept me informed the entire time. We on the same page with budget which was really helpful. I didn’t feel at all like they were trying to “sell me” on anything. The ring turned out beautiful and my soon to be fiancé is going to absolutely love it.”

“Let me start this review by saying that my experience in working with CustomMade was nothing short of amazing. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, every step of the process was an absolute delight. I had a very specific look and vibe that I wanted for my engagement ring (something not so traditional) and the designers I worked with were so excited and happy to work with me on it. They took the time to get to know me, my preferences, style choices and were able to turn my vision into an absolutely breathtaking reality. The entire team was amazing at keeping me updated at every stage of the process and they were always quick to reply to my questions or concerns. They worked hard at making sure my ring was everything I had wanted it to be and the result was having a ring that I am so excited to wear for the rest of my life and one that will hopefully become an heirloom for generations to come. “From start to finish, the process was extremely transparent and well communicated. Our custom ring came out exactly as imagined with an exceptional amount of attention to detail. It was nice to be able to follow the process from start to finish and the team really made me feel like I was part of the process. Pricing is on the high side, but the quality is undeniable.”

“Custommade has some of the best people working there. They were very patient and motivated when working on my project project. They helped me draft up designs, figure out the costs and even redid designs multiple times until I was sure I had the right one. Definitely recommend!”

“CustomMade created the best wedding band I had ever given my to husband. My husband is a big anime fan and when CustomMade said yes, let do it and I knew I chose the best company to make my custom ring. I provided them with every detail regarding metal, karat, ring size, to the main detail of the ring. They took the challenge and made it within my budget. My husband was in shocked with the precise details of the ring. To this day, my husband hasn't taken off his ring.”

“I went into getting an engagement ring blindly. CustomeMade answered all of my questions (no matter how tedious), patiently and kindly. I shifted designs halfway through and they were eager to help. The customer service was fast! And human! This project was made exciting and fun thanks to them. I ended up with a unique beautiful engagement ring! Even after receiving the ring, the customer service didn’t end and they helped me with insurance for the ring. I am beyond happy with this company.”

“It was a bit slow to start with, there was some confusion on what i was requesting but once everyone was in the same page THE FINAL PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL! everything we wanted and more!
